Deletes downloaded content

I am changing my rating to 1 star because the developer has been absolutely no help in solving this problem. I sent emails with device info and blah blah blah. There is plenty of storage space and the iPad has the latest update. For this reason we have cancelled our subscription after 2 years of dealing with having to redownload videos constantly across all 3 devices he has access to. Very dissatisfied with the customer support from the developer.

Terrible update

My subscription get's paid every month as for August it's been paid and after the update my children can't watch certain videos. I'm paying 4 something for content my children can't watch fix it please.

Finally got the app to work.

Update: Had to delete the app, reinstall it, and restore purchases to get the app working. Changed previous 1 star to 4 stars (won’t rate 5 stars due to the inconvenience of the issue I was having).———Previous review: Just purchased the monthly subscription but can’t download any content in the app. Each attempt to download is followed by this error message - “We’re sorry, something went wrong and this content isn’t available right now, please try again later.” I closed the app, and I even turned off/turned on the iPad. I feel like I’ve been scammed.

Content is great, app working again

Update: I received another email saying this issue is solved now, so I decided to change my review to the 5 stars it deserves.Previous review:We love Mothergoose songs, and the content is great in this app, but I paid for a yearly subscription and because I canceled renewing my subscription in a year from now, the app can’t recognize I still have 9 months left of subscription and erased everything I had downloaded. So now I can’t restore my purchase even after checking again my subscription to renew, or erasing the app and turning off and on my phone. I did get a refund after going back and forth between Apple and the developer of the app. I also received an update of the developer saying they’re already trying to make this work properly in the app.

Potential Is There

I downloaded this app for my daughter for when she’s at the sitters with no wifi. I pay for the monthly subscription. I like the setup and the content however every night the downloads “undownload”. This means every morning I have to remember to download videos early enough to give them time to download. It seems like once they are downloaded they should stay until I delete them. Also, sometimes it acts as if I haven’t paid the monthly subscription so I have to delete the app and reinstall and then it can find my in app purchases. If the download issue was corrected I would give this 5 stars.

No sound on ipad

My daughter loves watching mothergoose club on her ipad. Its been weeks that the sound was lost. It works on other apps but not in mothergoose club. Please advise.

I love this app BUT a major draw back

The app is wonderful but it won’t allow,people,to,lock the home button on iPhone or iPod. I want my two year old to be able to watch in the car but the moment she touches the screen, the volume controls pull up or the iPad home-screen comes up. It would be great if parents could lock it and only unlock with a quick double tap or double pressing of Home button.

No sounds

My daughter loves this app but after a few months the sound stopped working. So even though I paid for the yearly subscription last year she never watched it. She wanted to watch it this morning so I paid for the monthly subscription (yearly one was expired) thinking that by now there shouldn’t be any issues. Unfortunately still no sound. I have tried everything I can think of, including deleting app and reinstalling but still no sound.

No button to unsubscribe

Its easy to install. It says 7 day free trial but once you want to unsubscribe there is no link to do it easily. Up to now im still looking for a way to make sure i dont get charged. I had to uninstall it. I hope that will do the trick. If they charge me i will just have to dispute it.

Needs a timer

My child loves this so much and I’m glad. New found love of puzzles thru this app. Just wish there was a timer to set and control screen time.
