Can’t book rides!

It would be a really convenient app.. IF you could actually book rides from it! Every time I try to set the time for a future ride the date and time just spins right back to the current time.

Not impressed

I can never get it to take me where I need. I did figure out how to get it to schedule from hub to hub but I don’t see how that is very helpful if I need to be somewhere in the middle. Then when I do get it scheduled …from the hubs in bossier for example they drove right on past me going the opposite direction and there is not a bus stop on the other side of the road.. there needs to be a routes menu or stations map for this service and I do not revenue see a live map anywhere.

Needs to fix “push notifications”

The app no longer sends push notifications when the paratransit bus arrives.We have checked on 3 separate phones our notification settings to ensure they allow for notifications from this app to ensure it wasn’t an error on our end.Can you please update the app to ensure that notifications are being pushed through when the para-transit bus arrives?

Can't book rides-must call the agency

Been using the app since local transit district began offering it. Was incredibly convenient, and useful. Now...well you open the app to book a ride and have to call the agency. This set us back several years to say the least. This needs to be fixed ASAP. This is a matter of my child's independence to get places on her own. Quite a disappointing change. Might as well delete the app.

Buggy After Latest Update

After the latest update to the app, I cannot use it at all. It keeps sending an error message and not allowing me to book rides. I need to use the app to book a ride for a close family member to a much needed medical procedure. Disappointed.

Use the phone, they don’t always use the app

Mostly, if its some kind of normal thing during regular business hours, ive never had a problem. Still, better have a plan B in case something happens and no one shows upIf you have some kind of appointment that is even a little bit out of the ordinary like a sleep study or an in the car covid test, use the phone. Do not use this app. It will screw up your whole life. Learn HOW to read this app and its functions and what it can or cannot do. Never choose “other” is what i was told by a dispatcher. Your request hasn’t been assigned if you dont see the name of a company . Poorly thought out for the most part especially for older people. They need to add a real time real person chat function

Peaceful

This app ain’t nothing you guys should’ve said about calling or do it for 24 hours or book up a ride for 24 hours but he lied about doing 24 hours of a ride it’s only doing like five hours a ride you guys should do it you’re more hours longer than that

No communications

This company is very short staffed and drivers are always late, even for surgery appointments none of the ride providers are ever on time and when you try to reach the customer service the wait time is outrageous. Las two times the prompt kept on saying that my wait time was over 129 minutes

Registration not working!!!

I’m unable to register as a new user on the app for the 9 Town Transit and Beacon Mobility services. Same error reported 1-2 years ago. Maybe do t take few years to try and solve the basic issue to justify having an app and to actually get users!!! I now have to call the transit agencies and register myself. I don’t think I’ve ever had to do that when an app exists … Just unbelievable…
