So we all have experienced the crashing and having to get back into the game. But obviously that’s something to be expected from a game that just came out and people coming into the game in masses. I am more than understanding of this and I feel everyone should be too because I know the developers are working on getting all straightened out. It’s a fun game regardless, there’s a lot to do and it kills time and you get to have genuine fun without having much of a hassle. Theres also something for the competitive and more action people with the adventures. Overall is a good game. Now to my main topic is please let me work as a barista at the cafe, it’s a fun idea I wanted to go ahead and mention. It does go with the general idea of the game and I feel like it would be extremely fun if it was one of the jobs. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s in the makings for the future but I wanted to mention it because I’m pretty sure I am not the only person who would love working at the cafe. Peace and love everyone. I have been playing this since released and also pre-ordered it. I like it so far but I also wanna point out how banned people are banned without thorough investigation. And I would also like to highlight that the new tails and backpacks are gone after a week, which we fought hard and stayed at the top for. It would be absurd to think that repurchasing it every week would be a great experience. And I find the tail animations weird, so please make it natural. The popularity is hard to earn when you miss a fashion contest or fashion show. The weapon upgrade doesn’t have a pity point which makes the whole hard earned metacubes worse. The packages are expensive enough when you have to focus on championships and fighting as well. I’m really grateful for the new fashion show requirements because it has been less pressure. The party requests for trees are scarce to find and the timer goes off pretty quickly considering how low clovers are. I would appreciate if there were gold coins and diamonds given to player in special occasions. And obtaining a title is hard to do, so please reduce the requirement. If you see this, please respond your email because I want to point out things in the future as well since I play #me a lot.

Update: change your channel number. You’re probably getting kicked out of the server because it’s full. Every time a new character is created it adds to that channel and stresses it out I think. Click on your avatar picture at the bottom and center portion of your screen. Then press the gear icon on the right side. You’ll see the channel #. Most likely if you’re crashing you’re still in the channel the game spawned your character in. Mine was channel 22. Change it to any other number :::(original at 4 stars)::: This game is so freakin awesome! I love it so much! The only thing is that it crashes. Sometimes I have to keep reopening the game but it will crash before I even load in. Solutions I have tried: I’ve lowered my screen brightness and changed the graphics to be the lowest available. Turned on airplane mode and also turned off background refresh. I’ve rebooted my phone and taken off my phone case. Answer: these do not work. It still continues to crash. It makes it hard to enjoy the game.. I might just uninstall it and try again in a couple of months to one year.

Was listening to a lot of SKZ, (any STAYS here??<3) when I get a AD in Korean (with English subtitles) about this game on the 4th of July and the AD was pretty hilarious about 2 students playing in school while. Clueless male students wants to join in and I think I remember being a twist at the end of the commercial, and I decide to predownload it (said to come out on the 7th) so next day (it’s July 5, 11:24 PM 2022 as I’m typing this) I get a time sensitive notification saying the game is available!!! So I immediately download it. Because the wifi is still being installed and I’m using hotspot low data mode it’s super slow but I cannot wait!!! I know I know, I still haven’t played it yet but I rate it 5 stars and im sure it won’t disappoint!! I also checked out the other game they made and the art looks cool, you should probably check that one out too! -just another STAY <3P.s. I can feel the evil coming..but Felix never bad~

Hey! So I literally just began the game since it just launched and so far it’s fantastic! The graphics are appealing and well done, the voice acting is amazing, and everything’s looking and working great! Although one this is sort of bugging me; I’m not sure if it’s just my phone but the app keeps shutting down suddenly and kicking me out, or forcefully closing of the game. Once again I’m not sure if it’s just me or if anyone else is experiencing this but it’s happened at least 15 times since launch already. Don’t take this to heart since it may just be all the new players logging in but it’s definitely something to note just in case. Overall the game is amazing so far and I can’t wait to see what it comes out with!

I’m enjoying the game so far and have not let my phone charge properly playing this game non stop. The popularity system is easy to get used to. Friends list could be improved, blocking someone doesn’t really remove them from your followers. Or blocks their posts. One thing that bugs me about fashion battles is how unfair the ranking system is. 3 people could be in the same clan but take over the top 3 spot, like the clan called Live which in their clan description “has goals to top the highest ranking in fashion battles and contests”. This gives other players and clans who want to aim for the top 10 spot extremely difficult especially with players not knowing how to collect fashion cards. Clan members receive a reward of a free backpack and access to tails for ranking top 10. It’s unfair for one clan with multiple members to take over top 10 without giving other players/clans a chance to receive these rewards. An improved and fair ranking system would be for individual clans to be ranked, instead of each individual clan member, and the clans with the most high win rates from members participating in fashion battles would be placed in the top rankings. This gives members of clans a better chance to reach at least top 10 and have higher chances to unlock limited time rewards. I hope you could take this thought about Fashion Battle rankings into consideration. Safe travels players of Astell!

This game crashes upon entering the server. I chose global. I can barely get through the introduction without it crashing. I do not think this is a problem with my phone because I can play other games like Genshin Impact, Sky: Children of the Light, Project Sekai, and Minecraft just fine. ( I’ve deleted some of these games now) I mention these games because they have good graphics and take up a good chunk of space on my phone. Crashing isn’t limited to me but also my sister who plays. Her phone froze, crashed and got restarted. However, of it didn’t crash I’m sure it would be a wonderful game. The animation and graphics are beautiful! The camerawork is amazing and so is the voice acting. The characters are so cute. I am very excited to play but the crashing really prevents me from doing so.Best of success!

I have really high hopes for this game, and I love the mechanics and how interesting everything is. A lot of characters have a ton of personality and I wanna learn more about them when I get further into the story. The thing is getting further into the story is a huge hassle when I’m constantly getting kicked out of the game every ten seconds. At first I thought maybe it was me, but I’ve seen literally everyone have this issue and it gets really annoying after awhile. I really wanna play and enjoy the game but oh my god it’s impossible when the game keeps closing. I hope this gets fixed soon, other then that glitch the game feels very personal and nice. I like how you have so many options and get to kinda just do your thing. Plus the game’s design is super cute, I’m just hoping that the glitching can stop so I can enjoy the game without rushing through in time so it won’t kick me out and reset all my progress

The game crashes every five to ten minutes at least, no matter what graphics settings I use. The story is alright I guess, the beginning doesn't make that much sense. I am fairly disappointed in the lackluster character creation options, especially the clothing and hair options. Way more variety and maybe a colour wheel instead of the preset colour choices would be a game changer. The only minor complaint I have is the forced combat. This was advertised as "live your dream life" and my dream life falls more into house decorating, gardening and customization. I despise the combat in this, it's super boring and feels like there's no reason to do it other than some chick with wings gave you a sword and shield.Major concern: there's no separation of ages on the servers. If you're going to implement a COPPA act, PLEASE keep the players below 17/18 in a separate area from everyone 18+. It's a major risk to minors and it's gross seeing 30y/o people in the chat be like "omg you're 13, that's so hot" there NEEDS to be a separation of players by age. Otherwise it's just another way for these creeps to groom minors for in-game currency.

I actually had it preordered cause I thought it looked cute. Decided to try it out for the first time today. Made my character, named her, and when the little fairy character goes to get me registered the game crashes. I tried simply getting back in, but after I press the go live button, it crashes on the loading screen.I went onto the reviews and say someone mention servers and changing it, but I don’t even have access to a page like they were describing cause I can’t even get far enough into the game. I decided to simply try to get in on a different spawn area and literally the same thing happened. I crashed at the same exact place.Now I came here into the reviews again and saw that someone else said it’s not optimized for tablets. And honestly, if you can be bothered to optimize for tablets, why make it available? That is pretty crappy of you to be honest. So now I can’t even play it because all I have is this tablet to play it on. So good job making a gate for your game.
