Used to be good

I tried the free version and really liked it, although the only way to enter a true address is with the google map search feature. I eventually bought the mega pack for $7. It’s been months since I’ve used it and today I found that in order to use the search feature you now have to pay a monthly fee! What??? There is no way to enter a true address (like 123 Main St AnyTown PA) unless you use the search feature that now costs an additional monthly fee. This was a five star up but now I would like to give it a zero. I give it 2 stars because I did like it at first but now it was just a waste of money. Deleting the app and looking for others.

Hate it

Wasted two hours trying to make this work. No tutorial, not intuitive. Won’t save route or accept waypoints. Now will not open. Run away from this.

Doesn’t Work

So…select a language, then download a map….and then nothing. No way to use the app. I’ll pass.Update- by “nothing” I mean nothing happens. I stay on the download screen, with the option to go back to selecting a language. “Unfair rating?” The app does not work as advertised, and therefore was given a low rating. Please reconsider the unfair use of the word “unfair” when rating my rating.

Disappointed!

I have never seen an app (GPS) this NON-intuitive, difficult to use, time consuming..etc etc.!I hope I can cancel in the trial period and not waste my money!! If there was a minus 5, that’s what it would get!

Poor searching

I just requested a refund after buying the $6.99 premium pack, but I’ve not been able to find any address that I wanted to input...not one! I can get the general area, but to dial in on a specific address, I have to switch to google. What’s up with the search function here?!

Excellent support

I had a question on routing, and emailed my question to the developer, got my response within 1 hour! Can’t possibly be better than that. The graphics are excellent, easy to see with my iPhone mounted on Quadlock on the bars. The speed reminders may pay for the app too!

How do you adjust the voice to announce the streets when you navigate?? That’s the only problem that I’m encountering right now otherwise I would give this app five stars

Read before installing

There are alot of disappointments I disapprove with this app, such as: UI looks and feels outdated like if you were using a Blackberry from the 2009, it is still using the old version of OSM, there are alot of features that requires to buy, and the app keeps on crashing whenever I go to navigation mode. I never got the chance to try Tom Tom’s version as it requires a subscription, no trial. I never liked my experience with it and decided to uninstall it. I’m still keeping Magic Earth as it’s still king with OSM data.
