Excellent well thought out APP. Don’t find much on wish list except would like to be able to make custom list of basic colors for pens/highlighting instead of needing to open full color palate each time I need a favorite color.
Stop right there, this is the reading app you’re looking for.
There is no better application for taking notes on dense reading material. It also has tons of other uses but that’s what I get out of it and the price is fantastic.
Export missing a basic option
I generally like the app for certain applications. I thought I would try it for commenting on term papers. I just finished and embedded comments using the text box function. The comments look clean and easy to read. They relate to the specific section or written area of the paper where they were written. So they need to stay in place for export to PDF so I can share them with the students. But LT seems to only aggregate comments on their own separate notes page. I can not find a way to simply print or export the edited document as a PDF with my comments embedded in place. This seems like a no-brainer, since 99% of other apps enable you to print or export.
Best app for annotating PDFs !!
LiquidText is not the usual app you could find to annotate PDFs, because aside the basic features of highlighting and commenting in the limited space that is usually offered on documents, it allows you to work on a separate space where you are able to extract what is most important to you and map your ideas accordingly without limits. In addition, it simplifies the process of relating concepts, as it allows a multipage and/ or multi-document view where you can link the ideas you desire. As a medical student I’ve found this app key for my workflow, enabling me to analyze at depth articles and books through active reading. If you’re a student or someone who needs to do a lot of reading don’t doubt in downloading this app, it’s worth your money.
The app of my dreams came true!
This app is something I was striving to find for years, with the conceptual idea fixed on my brain. And now that I found it, it’s almost everything I wished for. I can’t imagine anyone that would not find it marvelously usable and productive. It’s the only reason I’m now considering a 12” iPad Pro.Next step on the wishlist: handwriting recognition (Nebo, Jamboard); object recognition/straightening/cleanup (Nebo, Jamboard, Paper by 53).
Good but will be very slow
I have iPad Air 2 and bought the enterprise version of LiquidText. At first it worked perfectly but gradually the following problems appeared:1. By reading a book, after a while the workspace didn’t hide completely and a portion of screen will be occupied by that and that is on nervous.2. After a while of reading a book (Java How to Programming) becomes very slow so that I can’t keep continue through the book and it is very big problem.3. The writing on my iPad with “Adonit Pixel” is not very good.After solving preceding problems I will get 5 stars to LiquidText.Thanks.
Menu open file does not work
I cannot open files from google drive or Dropbox. The files are blurred in color. IPad Air 3th gen.
Research made easy
I enjoy liquid text because it makes gathering information easy. Then I can make connections between multiple sources. One of the most useful programs on my iPad.
Please make a redo function button
I mistakenly pressed an undo button.. and then I missed so many works. I didn’t know there wasn’t redo button. Only this app doesn’t have that function. Every other document app has redo button. I am so disappointed of this drawback. It’s so critical.. I really hope redo button be made soon !!
App crashes whenever I click a tag colorbar
Hello. I love your app. But since the last update, whenever I click a colorbar to put a tag on my excerpts the app crashes. I hope you’ll fix this problem in your next update.Thanks.
