Better, but not quite 5 star
I’ve been using this app for years. Latest update seems to have improved it quite a bit. I can actually take pics, capture video and record it on my phone, which is all more than I used to be able to do. Its’s still not perfect, but it at least makes my cameras worthy again.
Small business owner
Cannot see cameras from my I phone or I pad. Says waiting for data & no response over and over. I have gotten it to come up three times since installing a few days ago. Was hoping I was doing something wrong, but I have gone back over everything and it seems to be kmeye's problem. Please make the system compatible with iPhones and iPads and I would love it!
Please roll back to previous version!
While I very much appreciate their support's communication about a future update, rolling back to the previous version is all I need. I gave 3 stars because of the apps prior capabilities and their prompt responses to my emails. Otherwise, 1 working camera isn't enough. Please fix so I can bump you to 5 stars.
Works as expected
I added the ip address, port and authentication details in the setup screen and now have access to all 8 streams. It's great!
Bad App
I had this app on my iphone 11 Pro and it stop working after doing an update and will not work on my ipad. Whats up?

This works very well for the iPad. I love the different screens, toggling through them and watching the whole house from anywhere. If you can, please update the iPhone app and write one for Mac. I would pay for both.

Excellent! Works great on my CIB system and IPhone. One box has my camera system and the other has someone else's. I just tap on my camera box on the quad screen and I can choose my cameras (8) one at a time. If I want to see the other system I just tap on that camera in the quad screen and view their four cameras. I don't think the four boxes are intended to be for YOUR cams but rather four different remote locations. Using it this way works perfect.
Great Business Tool!
I'm pleased with my camera purchase and this app. I installed the cameras myself, and set up monitoring on the desk top. With the app, my business partner and I have peace of mind with what's going on in the store. Additionally, we gave mobile access to our management team as well. Works fine all around for us.
Garbage app
After installing the most recent update this app has all kinds of problems. I have eight cameras and half the time my cameras don’t even come up and when they do I can only view some of them at a time. Four cameras usually show up on first page but then only one or two show up on the second page. With the previous version I could always get four and four. I hope they fix this problem soon.
