Not Working Now
Ever since the last update a few days ago the app will no longer open. Please help!!!
Missing Y’all,
My contact with KBTX IS MY PHONE. Direct TV does not furnish KBTX as our CBS Affliate. We get CBS out of Tyler. I just do not care for their Senior meteorologist. Marcus with KETK & Fox does excellently. SW Houston Cnty is too far for Tyler/Longview. By highway we are an hour closer to B/CS. Please keeping up the high standard; I miss KBTX WEATHER, NEWS, & SPORTS!!!!! Sincerely Bruce Bailey
It maybe my phone
The temperature comes up quickly but the videos take several minutes to load. I used to keep the weather page up from the website continuously and just refresh and that happened pretty quickly, some days I think about doing that again but some days I am happy with the app.
Non-responsive and laggy at times.
Good app as long as it doesn't start lagging or become unresponsive. Like a lot of apps there is no indication or a problem message why lag or freezing is happening. I have plenty of memory and storage for the app to operate.

I enjoy this app however the voice has stopped working. Tried everything still no voice on alerts.

I absolutely love y’alls weather app. I like when it announces on its own about rain or snow or storms coming. I See nothing that you could do to improve it it’s perfect
Audio Quality below par
I enjoy using the app for local weather forecasts - probably the most accurate for my area. The only issue I’ve found with the app is that in every single video that is posted with sound (many are not), the audio breaks up and you can’t hear what the forecasters are saying. The sound gets choppy at points and you just miss what they are saying. I’ve stopped watching the videos because it gets frustrating. Probably need to look into a new microphone or sound card.
Videos Poor quality always
I am glad this review screen popped up. Every time I touch the arrow to watch a weather video, the video sound cuts in and out, freezes, starts & stops, I can never hear the complete forecast. I used to think it was my phone, so I try watching it a second and a third time, but it does exactly the same thing each time. This happens every time. I wish your tech dept could get this corrected.
