Accurate

Wow, even just the first chapter of 2 Esdras is referred to in the gospels, and it lists all the future prophets. The apostles quote from Enoch often without even mentioning the name, though Jude does...

Very detailed

I have learned so much from these books. Really eye opening. Gives so much detail of biblical times. The stories behind the stories of the Bible. You get to know each person in the Bible in a much personal level. Love it. I cannot put it down!

Search option is very useful, great app!

I use this app daily and the search option within each book multiple times a day. This app gives me quick access to the historical timelines and helps me quickly connect the dots on events in the past and to come. Very useful app and I keep learning more about it’s features daily! Thank you!

Search option is very useful. Wish I could figure out audio

Update. I’m still thrilled with the app with one exception. Please help with using audio. When I push the speaker it shows it should be reading it but I hear nothing. I put headphones on just in case it needs those. Nothing. What am I missing?I use this app daily and the search option within each book multiple times a day. This app gives me quick access to the historical timelines and helps me quickly connect the dots on events in the past and to come. Very useful app and I keep learning more about it’s features daily! This app is adding to the Bible

Please beware, this app just added a book called Laodiceans, in the 1611 KJV Apocrypha section, which is Paul, of which Paul was not even born when Jesus was alive so how is he part of the Apocrypha writings?... Not possible when the time between the apocrypha and New Testament is 400 years! If this is not corrected I will be submitting this info on every platform. Shame on the developer, Miss. Haven Tran you have done the unspeakable by adding to the original word of THE MOST HIGH GOD!

Rebuke to other review

I love this app but I just read a review by someone who said Paul wasn’t even born when Jesus was alive and I would like to refute that since I cannot see how he figures that since Paul worked alongside the 12 Apostles what did they do live forever so they could wait for Paul to be born ? Not so . If you read your Bible you will clearly see that Paul was a Pharisee who persecuted the Christian’s after Jesus was crucified. It doesn’t say his age but it insinuates that he would be right around the same age as the apostles. I’m certain that he was fully grown on the day of crucifixion . I don’t understand where some people are coming from but I do know that this is a great app and I love that I’m able to get so many readings in just one place . I truly appreciate it and definately give it 5 stars

The Book of Enoch is an ancient Hebrew apocalyptic religious text, ascribed by tradition to Enoch, the great-grandfather of Noah. Enoch contains unique material on the origins of demons and Nephilim, why some angels fell from heaven, an explanation of why the Genesis flood was morally necessary, and prophetic exposition of the thousand-year reign of the Messiah. The Book of Jubilees claims to present "the history of the division of the days of the Law, of the events of the years, the year-weeks, and the jubilees of the world" as revealed to Moses (in addition to the Torah or "Instruction") by angels while he was on Mount Sinai for forty days and forty nights. The chronology given in Jubilees is based on multiples of seven; the jubilees are periods of 49 years (seven "year-weeks"), into which all of time has been divided. The Book of Jasher, which means the Book of the Upright or the Book of the Just Man, is a book mentioned in the Hebrew Bible, often interpreted as a lost non-canonical book. The Apocrypha is a selection of books which were published in the original 1611 King James Bible (KJV). These apocryphal books were positioned between the Old and New Testament (it also contained maps and geneologies). The apocrypha was a part of the KJV for 274 years until being removed in 1885 A.D. A portion of these books were called deuterocanonical books by some entities, such as the Catholic church. The 70 missing verses in 2 Esdras are not part of the King James Version Apocrypha, but are revealed in the Cambridge Annotated Study Apocrypha -edited by: Howard C. Kee. These verses are also available in the NRSV Holy Bible with the Apocrypha-by Oxford University Press. Apocrypha / Deuterocanonical: Bible's Lost Books includes these books: 1 Esdras, 2 Esdras, Tobit, Judith, Additions to Esther, Wisdom of Solomon, Sirach, Baruch, the Letter of Jeremiah, Prayer of Azariah, Susanna, Bel and the Dragon, Prayer of Manasseh, 1 Maccabees, 2 Maccabees, and Laodiceans. The King James Version (KJV 1611) are included. With more than 20 English translations of the Bible currently available, the King James Version (1611) is still considered by many scholars to be the most influential and popular version. In 1604, King James I of England authorized the re-translation of the Bible into English. Thank you for using the Books of Jubilees, Jasher, Enoch app.
