Awesome remote networking tool

I love this remote networking tool when I am on standby. I can perform most functions on my iPhone when end users call for help. I can remotely monitor all of my VMs and reboot them if necessary. It’s worth every penny for this small but powerful app.

Excellent App

This app had made quick fixes on my phone super simple. Reboots no problem! It’s great how they laid out all the options and made the UI simple to use. I’ve been using this app for years and it continues to be worthy of keeping!!

Awesome app, awesome customer support

I use it to manage my hypervisor, Raspberry Pi’s, and check the status of various web services. Really enjoying the app so far!I am currently an undergrad student in Cybersecurity, and a tool like this works seamlessly when I VPN into a given LAN. It’s crazy how well the app works; even opening a remote console on a VM is pretty easy to work with on my phone. Thanks ITmanager team! Once I graduate from college and go on to be an enterprise bro, your app will be on the list ;)

Great App and Support

I rarely write reviews but they deserve this. Support always goes above and beyond. Anyone on Spiceworks would agree that this is the Swiss Army knife that any IT person should have in their back pocket to manage and monitor your networks.I have used the product for more than three years. I strongly believe their pricing is VERY reasonable for what you get out of this. They continue to add features that stay current with today’s IT needs. This product is better than most every other options and for a fraction of the cost compared to the big players in the same market. Where else could you get all of these features w/just one product? Windows management, Linux management, switch port monitoring, icmp monitoring, secure Remote Desktop, ssh access and more.Thank you for an outstanding tool suite that I hope is around for a very long time!

Great tool for on the go IT staff

As the “IT Guy” for our company, this tool is invaluable for allowing me to manage my IT infrastructure on the go. Even great for quick changes, instead of having to remote into various servers or log into webpages. The included monitoring is also extremely helpful with multiple options to notify me of any downtimes. This tool has helped free me from my desk and allow me to handle issues right from my iPhone wherever I am.

Waste of money

Did the 30 day trial. Loved it. Purchased the first level subscription. Does absolutely nothing. Literally every option states professional level subscription is required. So don’t waste the $60 for a year. Only the $30 per month subscription does anything. The only options available for first level subscription are available in free apps.

Perfect for a home or business

I own my own computer repair company and I have multiple networks to run my shop and this app does everything that I need. It combines all the options that I have in multiple programs all into one. Highly recommend

Needs to offer 1 time payment along with subscription

Found this app via the sales guy at VMworld 2013, and he explained the subscription model, and it made sense. The built in ping, trace route, Whois, and ash clients were a nice bonus. It allows your to boot, reboot, shutdown both the host and guests, as well as putting the host in maintenance mode, but nothing else. However, what little it does, it does it very well, and very fast. The subscription only model is what's keeping me from giving it the 5th star. I'd rather pay a 1 time fee, and be done with it, then having the company I work for pay for it monthly.EDIT: 5 years later and we’re still using this app. Support is a joy to work with, and with version 7 it looks like we can finally edit some VM properties, AND we now have VM console access. This app just keeps getting better and better 🤘

Does many things very well all in one convenient app

I can manage so much of my IT infrastructure from one app. Manage my Gsuite domains, access my internal network, view my network health, remote into servers. Great app. Great service.

Absolutely love this app.

I have used this app for over 4 years and this is by far the best Admin app I have ever used. I am sitting up in the middle of Maine in a chair overlooking a beautiful lake. I just checked my router, bother my domain controllers and updated one of my switches and logged onto the Virtual server running our main software app hosted in a completely different spot and checked that a tweak was working correctly. If your not using this app to manage your systems then you are really missing out.
