Will only "save" 30% of the time
I have the full purchased version. And it's infuriating. It hates using a template you've created, yet it lets you create templates. 100% of the time one is used, it will NOT save the photo you watermarked. If you aren't using a template, it will still stall and refuse to save the watermarked photo over half the time. It's infuriating and I'm trying to find out who to contact. I'm annoyed I have to seek out a new watermark app, as well. At this point, don't buy it. Use the free version and crop their logo off the bottom.
Love/Hate Relationship
I can't say how much I love this app, but also hate it at times!! I have been using iStamp for close to a year now and I am disappointed at how frequently it freezes up, as of late. When it works, it is quick and I love that I can batch mark several product photos all at once. But when it freezes I have to go through the process 3 or 4 times before the app actually works; which is quite annoying and time consuming!! I hope the developers get the bugs worked out soon! I really love this app and it is such a huge help and time-saver (again when it works) for my business!
What happened to this app?
I used to use this app for all of my business pictures, it was my main go to, but recently, every time I go to upload the picture to use, it doesn’t upload and shows a blank screen. I’ve made sure my app is up to date, I’ve deleted and re-downloaded it, nothing works and I’m stuck with an app that doesn’t work. Can someone please fix this issue??!
Cannot select photos
iStamp+ worked for me long enough that I paid for it, then stopped functioning. It doesn't allow me to select any photos to watermark (they don't even display on the selection screen). I checked all my access settings, and they are correct. I contacted customer service and got no response. I'm asking for a refund.
Great app
After having this app for a year, this app have less bugs and actually has been working smoothly. It is really easy to use and great. If you try to save as resize file, it won't work, but save as original size works smoothly.
Great app needs better font
This app is Perfect! You can actually pick all the pictures you need to label and it will label them. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the fonts are very boring. Needs better fonts.
Excellent customer service
The developer promptly responded to all my requests on the spot using Facebook messenger and kept trying to resolve the issue I was facing even though the issue was from my device and not the app itself. Hats off!
I Should Have Listened to my Gut
So I had been using the free version for a couple of day to try it out. I liked the ease of the app but as an artist I have so many photos, it was tedious doing only 3 at a time allowed in the free version. So this morning I took the plunge and bought the full version. What a waste of $3.99!!! After my purchase I selected my first batch of photos, watermarked them and watched as the circle on my screen went from 10% to 20% to 30% and then just STOPPED and the app closed! I tried again with the same result! This app is useless to me! If app support is reading this please refund my purchase!
No longer batches
I’ve been using this app since 2015. I loved it for a long time because of ability to batch watermark. Unfortunately, now you can only watermark one picture at a time. Extremely frustrating!
Works fine, freezes with portrait pics
So, I've used the app for large batches of photos on my iPad mini 3/iOS 9 and it works as advertised. The only time I have constant freezes is when a group of photos has a portrait (vs landscape) pic in the bunch. Only use landscape and you're good...easy fix iStamp?
