I tried buying the axe the other day for the uncommon one and it did it then proceeded to spaz out and go haywire and I didn’t get my axe . Help me fix my issue and I will change my rating

This last update was supposed to release the pickaxes. Well, it took my 4 loot boxes and the place they were on the app has disappeared. And I paid for the uncommon NFT and had like 5 days or so on timer. Well all that has disappeared also. I’ve tried to contact thru telegram and discord but no reply

I updated Hexa app few months ago, and then I cannot log in any more. I emailed and asked for help on tweets but no one help me. I signed up by apple before. The new app portal said you can sign in but actually only for sign up new account.

This has to be the most pointless project ever the crypto is valueless you withdraw it but can exchange it for anything and now I can’t even login straight trash
