Updates: Few and Far Between

I’ve had this game since about the beginning of May, I know it hasn’t been very long, but during this time I have noticed (I said noticed not read or looked into the actual updates) maybe one cosmetic update, although when you open the game, there are slots for another game types that are “coming soon” and a message that states, “New Levels Every Week.” Now after seeing a ton of ads like this game, I was excited to find the actual game and play it, and even within the first 2 weeks I beat the 310 main levels and the 235 side levels, and since around 3 weeks ago, have been waiting on new updates. I give this 3 stars as that blatant lie that is on the home screen, and I completely understand that it is incredibly hard to design brand new levels every single week, I think it should at least be removed. I enjoyed the side levels that gave you a new challenge, but they ran out quick. Like I said, I give this game 3 stars because of that detail, as well as, it’s not very difficult at all, but it was a nice game to relax and mindlessly play without being overly difficult and annoying.Overall, I really enjoyed this game while I was playing it, and I actually did not even mind the ads, and I would actually pay for the *No Ads* charge as I’m sure many others would, if you held up to the promise of new levels weekly. Because, as of now, it’s just a placeholder on my phone that I check every few days.

Trying to be the “pin game” we all want.. Thanks

This is a fun, rough beta-feel that would make it about a 3.5 rating. BUT …This author deserves all of our thanks and credit for (trying to) actually make the game that all of the clickbait (read- Housescapes) app promises in their ad. And for that and the millions of frustrated people suckered in to download those apps that have great ads, but not actually that same they are showing, that makes it worth 5 plus.Now actual review.This is not really ready to be a “killer” game. It is not fully baked. It is buggy, sometimes you do the exact same thing twice and once you die and the next you succeed. Sometimes I see my characters get killed but it gives the annoying first pump and says success. The graphics have an almost 8 bit retro feel. The point system seems random using your “IQ” to show your progress. It has several different “modes” but there sort of overlap. OK you got my point.BUT this is the first decent attempt I have seen to give the kind of pin pulling game we see advertised all over the place but does not exist.Hopefully the author/company will make enough money to re-invest to bring the quality up to the level of a Pro-App.I usually do NOT pay for features in games, but after an hour I happily paid $2.50 to stop the ads.Hoping to help the “good guys” with this. I can’t imagine (says the guy NOT writing these games) it would be hard to make the high quality game Housescapes (and other clones) claims they made.

Pretty Solid Game

I downloaded the game after seeing a lot of other ads pretending to use this game format, but ended up being something else. Luckily this game is true to what it advertises. Pretty fun to play through when you don’t have a lot of time. When I’m at work and waiting for something to finish, I can pull it out and complete a couple levels. I think if the difficulty was a little higher, I’d enjoy it much more. It’s just too easy to see the solution after about 2 seconds of looking at the level. Otherwise, great game! Thanks devs!

THANK YOU 100,000,000 TIMES!

I totally LOVE this game. I want to give a huge thank you and shout out to the developer(s). Wanna know why? Because unlike most of the ads for games that’ll say they are pull the pin, are really not. But this one IS SERIOUSLY REAL!!!!!!!!!!! I am not joking. When I downloaded a lot of pull te pin games, I was like I’ll try one more. I’m glad to have found this game, or I never would be able to play pull a pin. There is another pull the pin app that the same developer(s) made called Hero Wars. I have it and like this one, the add was real. The Garden Scapes app I fell for, but whoever is reading this....BUY THIS PULL THE PIN APP NOT GARDEN SCAPES!!!!! Lastly, please don’t let those other apps fool you unless you read the reviews and see that it is NOT LYING! Seriously guys, don’t think they are real because you will waste money on LIARS! I cannot describe how much I enjoy this

After seeing what probably feels like hours of Evony ads showing a game that is nonexistent, I found this. It scratches that itch I need, it’s smooth, the puzzles are relatively easy while still making me feel like the cogs in my brain are turning. This is literally perfect. As long as you keep making new levels, I’m perfectly satisfied. You did what these other games with misleading ads couldn’t; actually make me want to play their game. I was so satisfied within 5 levels, I immediately bought the no-ads feature. That’s how much I like it, it was worth it.

Could be a bit more difficult

It’s fun, and unlike most other Facebook ad games, it’s an actual game. And a good one at that too. The only reason I docked two stars and not give it the full five is because the puzzles are way too easy. If they could be a bit more intelligent in the puzzle design, it would be an even more awesome game. Right now, a four year old child could solve these puzzles with no issue.The ads in the game are fine. Yeah they pop up now and again more often than I think most would like. But it’s no more than any other game that has ads. And unlike ads that are 15 seconds unskippable, you can skip them only after a few seconds. So it’s reasonable with its ads.

BORING😭😑

OMG!Thank you! So many other apps have been using ads that don’t show there gameplay! It is really annoying and one of them is like this game! There is another app called pull the pin (I’m not saying someone copied) and I thank both of you for creating a real game shown in the ads(two stars). I gave you another star for creating different types of levels. I didn’t like that we could have a menu to just tap on the types of levels. If you update this where we can, then I might add the last star. The forth star (the last one) was for low in app purchases and ads. NOW DON’T GET ME STARTED ON THE ADS! Well, as you can tell, I haTe ads. So do a million other people. But there is one more reason why I didn’t give you the star. SUPER EASY! All of them don’t have much of a challenge, especially the one where you only had to punch the blocks and get it down! Please make harder and more complex levels! It’s boring me sooooo bad 😭. Recommendations:Be able to change your character to a different person (cuz’ I don’t wanna stick as this prince person).Be able to change the background and or place.Make more pins block others (I might give you a star for this one).When you change the levels to be harder, please have a menu so we can choose what type and how hard the game is (Ex: super easy, easy, medium, hard, super hard, Complex). Fun, although the advertising is aggressive

I found out about this game when researching those duplicitous mobile games that use nonexistent gameplay to lure in buyers. So why not just make that game? There's clearly demand. This guy did and it definitely delivers.The only problem is the ads in the free release is way too invasive. Banner ads are fine but forcing people to ingest a video to continue playing (which advertised a game of questionable repute, no less) is a bridge too far and crosses over from pay-to-win to "pay-for-fun". I was probably going to pay anyway and $3 is fair for a game like this but I don't like the method by which it twists your arm.

Great game with a lot of potential

Like most others, I was sick of seeing ads for pull the pin games just to get bamboozled with yet another matching game. I’m glad to have finally found a real one. The graphics are good, the puzzles are fun, and each time I’ve opened the app, I have found myself playing much longer than I planned to. Yes, there were a ton of ads; but guys, the game is free and they have to pay their bills somehow. I went ahead and paid to remove them and it has proven to be the best $2.99 I’ve ever spent. I will echo others saying it would be nice to have some more challenging levels, player options and maybe something to spend coins on. Another thing I would love to see is a way to go back and play past levels in normal mode. It would be awesome to be able to try to beat my scores or just continue to play while waiting for new levels. I’ve made it to level 270 and check back every day for new ones to play. This game is definitely addictive and I’d recommend it to everyone looking for the real deal! To the developers: Keep up the good work!!!

A love/hate relationship

Here I though “Finally, something that’s not false advertising!” I loved the game, I got it over a month ago, and actually paid money to upgrade to the paid version and everything. The levels were a bit too easy though and I finished all 360 levels plus all the side quests within a couple days. At first I wasn’t too worried since it says “new levels every week”.....but when I first got the game it had 360 levels, and now FIVE WEEKS LATER there has never once been any levels added. NO NEW LEVELS AT ALL. Therefore I’m starting to have buyers remorse and in general I feel kinda gypped. Why promote that you add new levels weekly, if you’re not gonna add any. Have they ever added levels? Or has there always only been 360, and that taunting new-levels-added-weekly sign has just always been there? So, even though it doesn’t have the false advertising aspect of promoting a pull-key game, yet creating something totally different (like Homescape or Fishdom do)........In reality, this is an even more INFURIATING FALSE ADVERTISING game, because it promised new content weekly....so I gave them my money...and it turns out...NO NEW LEVELS ARE EVER ADDED.
