Another amazing game

Glitch does it again…The ONLY problem I have with Glitch games is that NONE of the other games of its kind even come close to comparing to them, therefore every other game is a disappointment in comparison. They are hands-down, the best developer in the App Store, by far. I realize that it’s completely unrealistic for them to shoot out games (especially of this quality) every month, but me and my unrealistic optimism keep checking their page to see if a new one is released almost monthly because I simply cannot get enough. Thank you for hours of fun, I can’t wait to see what is to come.

Glitch Games is #1!

Omg thank you Glitch Games! I’ve played all the games up to All That Remains and loved every one. Their games are witty, original, high quality and most of all fun. As soon as I saw this, I uninstalled the other escape game I couldn’t make myself like and downloaded this one. After playing the first pack, I see they kept up the good work and I’ll happily buy the others lolBTW, making an escape game about being locked in your friend’s apartment or your office is hilarious! Good job devs!

REALLY FUN!

First, thank you for not interrupting the games with ads!! It was so fun just being able to “get into the groove” and be able to keep your train of thought. It took a minute to figure out how to get started, but I quickly picked up on what to do. The clues are helpful without giving away the fun of solving the steps. I hope that you will make a set of rooms that are more difficult as you go on. Maybe multiple rooms In one scenario.

Enjoyable!

I enjoy puzzle games but there are few of quality out there. This was definitely one of them. I did have two problems that bothered me. The first isn’t really an actual problem with the game but they say you can buy packs 3 and 4 in the description but I can’t figure out how to buy them in the game. I only see pack 2 which I already bought!SPOILER: The real problem I had in the game was in the temple. I was solving the pyramid and thought since the sides were upside down you had to think of them as upside down instead of reordering the rows. I finally had to resort to the clues to figure out the south side because I kept using 3-4 instead of 2-6. Very frustrating.

Great introduction to Glitch

I don’t typically review games but I love this company’s output. This particular one is basically a sampler of their other games—many of the rooms are lifted from their other games, but the puzzles have been changed and shortened. They’re just long enough to get your brain moving, but short enough to be completed in 15 minutes.If you’ve never played anything from Glitch, I’d actually suggest playing the first room or two of this, and then if you like it switch to their full size games. Their games are spooky and quirky and have cute running gags—experiencing those in full and coming back here to play the “remixed” versions feels like the best way to do it.I hope they release more level packs soon!

Glitch Gold!

I love all the Glitch games I’ve played so far. Absolutely love this variety pack game because you get your Glitch fix without committing to a long term game. I’m only gearing up to play Veritas lol after completing Forever Lost I was so pleased to find this variety pack game. There are a few that are pretty easy, but I’ve gotten so used to the layout and gameplay with Glitch games that I can breeze through the easy ones in 10-15 min. The hard ones are challenging enough and I was surprised to see how complex the bunker one is. Haven’t finished that one yet. I love all the Easter eggs and the connections with the other games. The jokes are also very funny and sarcastic which I love. I’m on the third pack and just finished the toy room one. That was definitely a fave. Very fun. I would have given 5 stars, but for some reason all my progress is lost. All the way up till the temple one, the games would say “complete” and then stopped saving my progress. I opened the app this morning and none of the games say “complete”. Not that I’ve lost anything, but it was nice to see my progress. I hope the developer sees this. Anyways, thanks Glitch Games! Please keep making more games. I’m trying to not speed through all of them so that I’m not waiting around for the next one lol.

Escape with a sense of humor

I really enjoyed this collection and look forward to trying out more of their titles. Really appreciate that they take time to give you information on just about every object in each scene, even the stuff that's peripheral to the objective...along with a healthy dose of humor and irony. I'm finding that I prefer these down-to-earth real world settings as opposed to more fantasy-based scenarios.Great navigation, except I get caught accidentally taking a picture when I just want to look at the album (probably more used to the setup in Meridian 157). Kudos, developers!

Enjoyed!

I really enjoyed these games. In the settings you can change your experience by putting the difficulty up or down and turning off places of interest. I enjoyed the games more when places of interest were turned off and difficulty was moved up. I really enjoyed that you could change your game experience as you moved up levels and began to get what you needed to accomplish. I bought all the games and really enjoyed them.

Realized the Duh moment.

Fun and humorous game. Previously marked 2 star because the pyramid solution wouldn’t work. Tried everything including deleting and reinstalling the game. At first it wanted me to pay again, but I kept tapping and it allowed me to continue. Finally the Duh solution presented itself. The lights on the floor around the pyramid are reflections. That means they’re reversed, which matters not with the symmetrical 3 sides, but one side is not symmetrical. When I just reversed the lights on that side it worked. The remainder of the game was challenging yet do-able. Thank you for the fun game, Glitch. 5 stars.

Escape appetizers

These are excellent games. Perfect for the novice who wants to get a sense of what escape/puzzle games are all about before investing more money into them. Also great for the hardcore players who want a relaxing game that is long enough to keep interest and be challenging, but short enough to finish and move on.On top of all that you get Glitch’s legendary quality. The puzzles are just the right amount of difficulty to make you think. The graphics and environment are always top notch. And the idea to revisit previous environments in pack 3 was inspired. It felt like I was home again revisiting these places.
