Honest Review

Honestly Fortiva already as high minimums And percentages THIS is Highly recommended When people pay there bills on time or at all give them there money either same day or next i mean this is by far the worst timing of payment and credit receive i pay a 60 minimum on 350$ which is ridiculous enough then i have to wait 3-5 days to even use 1$ of the money get it together and these ratings will surely go up and youll have more customers and that means more money i mean I thought this was a fair card not sure how i feel now and replying to feedback is recommended for bad mediocre or good reviews step it up Fortiva Unique name but not Unique Service. 2 stars for now till some change happens here.

Problems

Besides all the buggy fields I can get my bills paid. Until iOS 17. Just get the splash screen and that’s it. App is useless as of right now. Also trying to get to app support from the App Store goes to a 404 page so there’s no one to help. Pretty sad for the money they make.

BEWARE!!!

I had this card for a few months well I downloaded the app and i always make the payment thru the app they had called me 3-4 times that i missed my payment they charged me the late fee and i havent even fight back to get it because i know it will be a waste of time well they called me this morning saying that i missed my payment again!!! Wth!!! I made the payment through the app now i got a late fee AGAIN!! This is way to much .... i dont have that kind of money to be paying fees everytime your system dosent work and yeah you will never get a hold of their customer service

Horrible app

This is about the app only as I haven’t had the card long enough to fully review it. The app is horrible though. I’ve saved my face id and a pin numerous times. It just goes right back to set a pin or log in to save Face ID so I do it again and it’s a never ending circle. It never saves either! Now the card I do know I hate the fact that they post my payment and then it takes 7 days for it to be available? My balance goes down but my available credit doesn’t. That stupid.

Trash

For what this bank charges in rates and annual fees you’d think they’d take time to ensure the customer has a streamlined way to make payments and view simple account info. Customer service is also trash. The company outsources customer service calls internationally so good luck getting someone who fluently speaks English and understands what you are saying. Avoid this company at all costs.

WORST COMPANY

Please everyone reading my review DO NOT waste your time with Fortiva. These people have been the most disrespectful lazy company I have ever dealt with. All I’ve been wanting is a card for my account which I have requested 5 TIMES over the past few months I have had this account and everytime I call they only tell me “well a card has been sent out nothing we can do” I have contacted my post office numerous times to see if they received anything in my name from Fortiva and nothing! Not only have they not sent a card but they are extremely disrespectful when you talk to customer service and don’t do anything! So please take my review into account and do not go with Fortiva STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THEM. If I could leave ZERO stars I would.

absolutely awful

since i'm unable to leave a review elsewhere, i will leave it here stay FAR away from this predatory company... their customer service is lazy, disrespectful, dishonest, & quite frankly, a jokei wouldn't trust any business that uses fortiva either

Failed Update

I’m not sure what the developers did to this app, at the start of 2023 the app was working just fine. For about the last 6-8 weeks it’s been very screwy. I sign in, I can view one card, go to view the other and it signs me out. I have to sign in several times to even view both cards.As of today 6/2/23, I can’t stay signed in to view either of my cards and I have a payment due. PLEASE fix this! I’m not trying to miss payments. Thank you.

Garbage 😡😡😡

This app ; once upon a time did work for me but now I don’t know what is going on. I can’t see anything no activity going on in my account .I can only go by word of mouth over the phone ..... The update Version was the worst idea ever it was fine the way it was .... this app deserves no stars I don’t even know why one is even mark upp there . I didn’t do it...........
