Notifications time is extremely low

I am using this app for my errand running business. I cannot depend on the notifications to come in a timely manner. When the customer sends their responses back to me, it’s about 20-30 minutes later. I’m losing money, because I don’t know that they have filled out the services request form. Ughhhh

We need an undo buttonn or optionn

It is very easy to accidentally discard changes and documents that take up time to put in place especially if someone is new to the app. It would be so beneficial in the overall run and make a quick back up to restore prior informations. Thanks.

Recommend!

This app is really useful,for many reasons! I have my own club and I use this app to make surveys to choose activities people would like to do! And what I like about this is it’s in the go and easy to use! Also im not even “pro” in this app and im happy I don’t get a crap-ton if adds! Highly recommend 👍🏻😁.

DO NOT GET THIS APP

Okay, this app is good but the PRO thing is such a waste. Why do we have to watch an ad or switch to pro just to refresh? In my opinion, that is such a waste of my time and value towards this app. I will delete this “app” as soon as my responses are in. This is not a good way to present an app and literally refreshing isn’t that big of a deal. I suggest getting rid of pro because there are much better apps.

Great App Support

I was having an issue getting my push notifications. However, the app/customer support was phenomenal. They were quickly responsive and went through testing my form with me to get it functioning right away. Thank you! I always appreciate top notch customer service.

Just let me type.

Every time a new ad shows up - which is, mind you, quite often - it lowers the keyboard and prevents me from typing. Wouldn’t be too much of a problem, but there’s a near constant problem where when I try to go back to typing, there’s an error where it doesn’t move the text to be above the on-screen keyboard so I have to spend five minutes trying to get it to let me see what I’m typing. Cue the next interrupting ad.

Useful.

Very useful to access Google forms on your phone. A few downsides are constant ads and The fact you need to pay to upgrade to a better version to get certain features to work. If I want to get notifications when someone responds to my form I should be allowed to get notifications without having to pay money. If we take the money feature out of this app, 5 stars.

Not saving

Making the forms was great and easy. But I went in to share my forms and If said I didn't have a title so I added a title but it wasn't saving. I thought I could just try and save it later. But I tried everything to save it on wifi off wifi turned my phone off and on but nothing. So then I wanted to make a new document but it wouldn't let me. I'm not really happy about it right now.

I cannot write

As the subject says I cannot write I can’t allow people to write there own answers I can do the box questions but the ability to write there own answers are gone. Is there a way I can change that?

I’m not sure

I just tried this app and the Multiple Choice questions and Checkboxes stand in opposite roles. You need to wait 20 minutes to refresh, and you need the pro subscription for a lot of stuff. But apart from that, this app is very amazing and I recommend! I cannot get the Google Forms app on mobile, and this is possibly the most accurate.
