Great idea but soooo many bugs
PDF is unlike any other product without paying for a custom software application. HOWEVER, sooo many bugs which is so frustrating. I also have experienced support saying they will address the issue but having used it almost a year...I don’t ever believe them.
Does not work on iPad 5th gen
This app does not work. when selecting dates it inputs months like 54 when you select September or days like 46 when you select 22. I wasted 30 minutes cause it wants me to complete every field without saying which ones it has a problem with. Sone fields should be left blank like direct deposit which is optional and I’d in column A if don’t have a passport. I can’t believe my employer chose this buggy app that won’t work on iOS.
Document App
This app would be good if you could enter the data a little easier. When you using your phone to fill this out it is very difficult to get to the right lines and your prompts cover what you need to fill out. Always asking if you want to exit because you tapped outside of the field. What should have taken less then 5 minutes took almost 20 .
New patient form
Pretty easy to follow except when trying to put an X into the tiny boxes, it didn’t always take. Either my fingers are too big, or the boxes are too close together. Had to try a few times to make sure the X populated. This was not fun.
Form Filler Review
1. Apparently, cannot save document as PDF - the universally accepted document format. 2. Cannot rotate view from portrait to landscape. 3. Apparently, cannot save document to any location other than company using form. 4. Last step is annoying and intimidating: “Are you ready to send form?” Are you serious? This sounds like the IRS asking if this is your “final answer” in their version of Jeopardy. This is especially true since a customer apparently will not have been able to retain a copy - preferably a PDF - of what he/she has just completed and is sending! Scary!5. Above deficiencies may work for company using form, but they definitely do not work for this customer. 6. Do NOT recommend Form Filler. I’ll take an Adobe Fillable PDF any day!
Terrible app
This app makes it extremely difficult to fill out forms, which is a huge shame because the whole point of it is to fill out a form. It has a question box asking if you want to enter text, but it keeps appearing over the question line you need to fill in, so you have to cancel the question box (basically saying you DON’T want to enter text) so the app insrlf prevents you from filling in text. Awful.
Poor
This is the most difficult form I’ve ever tried to complete, once a box is checked I’m unable to uncheck it it does not want to except the information it keeps telling me I have gone outside the lines which I don’t see how I could’ve done that. It will not let you leave an item blank but then it would not except na,So I had to put my home phone number in as I am retired. I don’t see the necessity of my drivers license number and my Social Security number for garbage pick up. I am already a customer with the water service.
Wiped my 8-page document
When I opened the app, it had me put in my email and my name. Normal enough. I then spent 30 minutes filling out an 8-page medical document. When I hit submit, it told me I had to put in my name and email once again. Okay a little weird but no big deal. When I did that, it did not submit my document but instead brought me back to a COMPLETELY WIPED version of the 8-page document that I had just filled out. Frustrated doesn’t begin to cover it.
Covid form
This form is extremely difficult to use. It is not user friendly, especially for seniors. I have downloaded the program both an iPhone and iPad. But was unable to reply on either form. Today was the second attempt to submit the vivid form to my dentist. It starts by saying ‘click start’ ... but there is no Start button??? You can not get to the section that will allow answers to be input. It’s useless. The only link that worked was the comment section. I hope you are able to resolve these issues because the frustration level only increases each time it’s used.
Only one flaw…
I love the convenience of this app. It really saves time and a whole lot of hassle. However, every time I fill one out it will not allow me to check the box on the first line. I am repeatedly told that I have tapped outside the required field. I find this very frustrating. Otherwise it works perfectly and I prefer using it to filling out paperwork in the office.
