Unsatisfactory

It doesn’t work freezes up with in progress. Very user unfriendly to cancel. I’ve tried to cancel this app but there is no option to cancel just other subscription option to get money from you for something that doesn’t work. I want it canceled ASAP. Apple app account shows the app as purchased but to cancel feature. Cancel this now

Best purchase of 2020

This app has been a huge help for me for a few months already. Working from home has never been easier! I can fax documents then I can easily scan from my phone or a file on my phone. I can send documents and the app will tell me if it was sent. I love the features on this app , it’s easy to use and has so many uses for me . I can’t Imagine being able to work without this app . Would definitely recommend!

Do not try this app for free. They will charge you

The ap was not as easy to use I they said and I couldn’t get my fax to even go through so I never actually used it. I signed up do the three day trial and I need used it or even opened the ap. The put me on a 9.99 per month suscription without my knowledge and it showed in my bank account t as a receipt rem apple that I thought was my insurance or something. I finally did some research after I got a new phone on the charges and it was still charging me. I tried to contact anybody about a refund and no one has been able to to get back to me. What a rip off

It worked for a while then not as well

The faxes at first were good but after a few months there was a glitch that wasn’t able to be corrected , my faxes were too dark on the receiving end even though on my end it was clear. Had to cancel the service due to not able to read my faxes.

Excellent App!

This app is phenomenal! Is simple but so effective. If you’re sending fax on a regular you would be a fool not to use this app, wether it’s for business use or personal use there is no better way to send a fax than with MyFax! It’s easy to use app makes it really convenient to just download any document from your phone to anywhere or anyone you’d like! And all at a low cost! You can’t beat that, and along with it’s super easy to use tools the developers are really great and very fast at responding to any of your needs! Faxing Made Easy

This App came in at a perfect timing. I needed to assist a family member to send some very important documents off that were due in a timely manner. They only had two options; US mail or Fax! After searching the App Store, I settled with this one and I am so glad I did! It was easy, quick, and affordable after the trial! I will definitely recommend to others.

Not free deceptive you pay monthly

Free should mean free, I’ll watch adds no problem but when you say free and you must sign up for a $12+ per month plan to send a fax that is not free. Hope the SEC and Apple look into this bait and steal advertising practices. Your excuse that you don’t pay for each fax is a flat out lie because regardless. If I send one fax a month it is $12+ per fax. If 10 then $1.20+ per fax. I clicked the one that said free - free - look free up in the dictionary.

No cancel option

It says they will charge until you cancel and then provide no way to cancel. Their contact info takes you to Facebook so if you don’t have Facebook you can’t actually write to them. No cancel option shows under subscriptions for them! Trying to cancel! Developer provided option to cancel that I literally already stated did not work there is no cancel option viewable wish I could show pictures I now have to call my bank.
