I rarely have to fax but this app made it painless

It seems that medical offices, insurance companies and other medical offices mandate that you fax forms and other documents to them instead of emailing them. I received a letter from such a company who requested some information, but that information needed to be faxed.I have a printer/scanner/fax machine but don’t have a fax number, so I searched and found this app on the App Store. I downloaded it, took pictures of the requested documents and the app did the rest of the work.I’m impressed with the ease of faxing with this and recommend it to anyone needing to fax.

Free fax sends: lifetime limit of 5 pages

Update: still occasionally using this app several years later. I wish it would give a confirmation page. Happy customer otherwise. ——This worked great in a pinch. I'd gone to 7 different places in Mexico, none of which had a fax machine, and this app worked from my phone with wifi. Loved that. However! Be aware the app includes a cover page with each send that counts toward the *lifetime* (not monthly) send limit of 5 pages, and as far as I can tell, pages that fail to go through also count. So, confirm your phone number first, count your pages carefully, and happy faxing!

Very easy

Well that was easy I like the email confirmation and yes it was free make an account just email and password to make account. To send a fax. Just type the fax number I’m the number box, you can leave a note in the second box Third box simply Take or choose photos of the documents you want faxes ,I only sent 2 but you can pick up to 5 in the same box. Send and your done. You’ll receive a conformation email shortly after. And yes it’s free, didn’t cost a dime, no subscription to sign up for and no credit or debit card needed at all. Great for someone like me who only needs to fax once in a blue moon. Can’t speak on receiving a fax. I only needed to send but I sure it’s just as eayx

Simple & Surprising but…

It blows my mind how many things that can be done through an app. I was hesitant to try, but all went well! I am not one to Fax often at all, so this is perfect for me! I got some important paperwork to where it needed to be in record timing & without having to go to a store & pay to fax it. The only thing I wish were different is the option to be able to choose a file, instead of just a photo or from Dropbox. I keep my information in my iPhone Files. I had to take a picture of what I wanted to send before sending. Luckily, I was able to fit everything into a screenshot. The print came out a little squished in the actual fax, but it worked. That’s all I’d ask to be added. Otherwise, it worked out great!!

Rip-off, paid subscription but account locked out.

Less than a year ago, I paid the $100 for a year subscription. I hardly used it soon after that, but when I recently needed to fax something, to my surprise I was “locked out”, as if my account never existed even though it says there is already an account in that email address, and even when resetting the password numerous times it still will not log me in even with the obviously correct login info. Very shady to disable a paid account so one can no longer use it/send faxes. Unfortunately, I discovered this too late so can’t get a refund/do a chargeback, so my only recourse is to warn others that while this is a great FREE app only for the limited faxes, absolutely DO NOT pay. The fact they only offer a year long, $100 subscription and not anything shorter/cheaper is a red flag I should’ve paid attention to. UPDATE: to add insult to injury, I got notified they unsuccessfully tried to charge me again to continue my “subscription”. I never opted for any sort of automatic billing/renewal, so unless it was the default, the fact they took it upon themselves to try to continue to rip me off for services NOT rendered is totally scummy. Beware and stay far away from the PAID version! SECOND UPDATE: persistent buggers tried to charge me AGAIN unsuccessfully only 3 days after the first attempt. Unbelievable and outrageous!

Really FREE!!

I downloaded this app and amSo happy that I did!! It is truly free, it is super easy to use (if I can do it anyone can) plus it’s quick!! I cannot say how happy I am to have downloaded this app!!! We don’t have a fax machine and don’t have anywhere close to fax from!! They don’t ask for a debit card whatsoever or a credit card. You don’t have to remember to cancel a subscription because it is really free!! 5 pages are the limit but does those of us who need to fax rarely it is a PERFECT fit!! After you fax you receive an email confirmation that your fax has been sent!! Love this app!!! Great job!!! Thank you so much for making it so easy to use!!

Easy and free no really it’s free no strings attached

I can’t believe it. Most of us have never sent a fax since 1999. And AOL instant messaging. Fax machines make that same dial tone. What I mean is if your like me and the receiver only gives you an option to send a letter in the mail. Like 1978, or fax like 1999. But not email because that just makes it too easy and sense. And it cost too nothing. So go pay someone to send a fax. Or subscribe for 9.99 a week. Just to send one fax and be done with faxes. But this app is for people like me. “One hitter quitter” free or if your in profession where you need to receive and send faxes on a daily basis. This app lets you get your own personal fax number and keep it professional. Because sending sensitive info via email is risky. But you can utilize all normal features of a fax machine without having to buy one. I don’t even know where they still sell fax machines. But you can do all that via the app and receivers and senders won’t even know. Plus dedicated separate fax number different from your mobile number. 10/10

Amazing app and service

I needed a document sent to me ASAP for taxes because the original was lost in the mail. I’ve tried free fax services in the past and they are always limited free trials that are difficult to cancel. This one is truly free and gives you a free 24 hour number to receive faxes.I got notification immediately when the fax arrived in good condition. But not only that 24 hours later I got an email saying the number was extended another 24 hours just in case I was still waiting. That was my #1 fear with using this service. In the end I didn’t need extra time but it reflects well on the service as they clearly understand their customer.

First fax attempt

Just sent the fax literally 20sec ago. Im prematurely reviewing but as far as i could tell the fax wouldn’t have gone through at submit if there was an issue. But they email the status of the fax. So far i say this thing is a saver of lives. Only issue is cloud access is only through drop box and files to fax are only images or PDF files so it was a bit headache having to transfer my word doc to PDF and then getting it under 5 pages from 18 from only an iPhone But I had no email address for my contact and only their fax so this came in extremely valuable. Hopefully just saved my eviction.

Truly Free Fax

I needed to send a fax, which is rare these days, and this app let me send the couple of pages I needed to.I believe there’s a limit of 50 faxes or there about, but I will definitely be opting for this service who helped me in my time of need and didn’t require a credit card, or is going to make me call in a week and wait on hold with some 800# or have to remember to go to a website to cancel - I just sent my important fax.So if I do reach my limit, I definitely will pay it forward and pay so they can keep offering this service the way they do.
