Most of the time this app works. It used to work consistently but lately gives me words that are rejected. One of the most common is qin. Now it seems as if 2 of 10 words given do not work. They are rejected. WHY?Well after having removed it from one of my devices I thought I would give it a last try on my iPhone. Five out of the six words I just tried were deemed not valid this included Ja and OO which you gave me as valid words. After my last review you wrote a message saying basically it was my fault because I didn’t check the Dictionary that was being used for the game and there was a choice of three of them, not really solving my problem.I shouldn’t have to work this hard and agonize playing a game. It’s just not worth it any longer. I’m glad it was free because I certainly wouldn’t pay for this piece of junk. Used to love it but now it’s just annoying and frustrating. I give up.

They take it away without warning

I have purchased this 2 different times. I waited a long time before I purchased the second time because I was so unhappy with the way they want to get more money. I decided recently to try it again and out of the blue they took it away again just the other day and want me to purchase again? When I sent them my complaint they now say to send them a screenshot of my purchase? Guess they don’t keep track of our purchases. I like the app but this company is ripping me/us off. Anyone else have the same problem with them? The app is great but for this reason I am only giving them one star.

Works great USUALLY

I rarely use this (lol, I’d be winning always if I did use it often!) but this USUALLY works great when I do use it. Only complaint I have is when it suggests words with letters NOT ON THE BOARD or NOT IN MY LETTER PILE! Ugh! Lol! But that’s what you get when you cheat. Right?! 🤣❤️

Does not work with latest iOS update

This app has worked fine until the latest update to iOS 12. The search engine will not recognize screenshots. Also, the support/feedback feature within the app sends email to a dead address. On the positive side, the anagram function works well.

No longer works

Again it is telling me my screenshots are invalid. It happens far too frequently for the application to be considered reliable. I have contacted developers repeatedly with no solution. Now the app works even less because it doesn’t see the board letters so you only get the words that can be played on a blank board. This app needs to be updated as frequently as the WWF app is but it hasn’t been updated in months. I have paid to unlock my version and am getting really annoyed with the lack of support and my inability to use an app I paid for. I will be reaching out to the App Store regarding having this removed since the devs cannot be bothered to keep it working.

Already purchased

I had purchased this app once before. It was working great then I kept getting OCR Error. Emailed tech support, nothing. Deleted the app then tried again months later. The app is now working but in order to see the locked words I paid 1.99 for 50 unlocks. Total rip off considering I bought this app before and did not just get 50 words to unlock for 1.99.

Update to my previous review

This app has not been working right for a few months. It says it’s an Invalid Screenshot for almost all of my tries. I’ve messaged the customer service 2 times and was asked to send them screenshots the last time of which I did, but nothing had been fixed. I paid for this app a long time ago and am very upset that no one has contacted me or fixed the issue!

Cool 😎 app!

I really like this app. Works very quickly and very well. I use it when I play against an AI opponent but never against a human because they wouldn’t have much of a chance. But I play against the computer often and by using this app it “train’s” my mind to see solutions more quickly when playing against others. Plus you learn lots of words which is good when you’re through school and now you’re learning on your own as you trek along on life’s journey. By just giving the 1st and last letters you still can have quite a puzzle figuring out the word and if you just can’t get it then you can have it show the whole word and also the placement (if working from screen shot)

Can use different features depending on how much help u want

I don't use this for every move but it helps a lot when you have a tough board. I have to wonder if my opponents use this too🤣🤣

Bring it on!

When you play Scrabble, you have no idea what kind of big guns players are bringing to the table. With this app, it evens the field. It gives everyone a chance to be on a level playing field. I really appreciate the developers keeping it updated and having pride in their work. I just think this app is the bomb!
