Best Human Interaction Ever! (Pandemic be d**ned)

I am an agoraphobe - have been for years and we won’t get into why. Technology - reliable technology - is my lifeline in dealing with whatever comes my way. This includes getting documents of an urgent nature to the appropriate agencies in a legible and affordable manner. I have used 5 of the top fax apps available to those of us who love eating from the tree of life (…and then Eve gave him the Apple…and a lifetime warranty…). I have only had success of a degree that when described to others sounds hyperbolic with ONE of those apps: Fax& Fax. Not kidding. Not being paid to say this. Not possessed by the devil. Every agency has received my fax (and I use the super secure transmission option that is supposed to extend transmit times, but from what I have experienced is just as fast as the alternative) almost immediately, without any issue or complaint over being able to clearly read the printed material, and when I transferred the app from one device to another and could not find my prepaid balance the support team actually told me exactly how to fix the problem so fast that I almost missed their email (having been conditioned by the excuses of the professional world during the pandemic). I have NEVER been this delighted by a company save for Apple itself (and that one company that makes custom bondage gear…). Oh yes, honey, I drank the Kool Aid on this one and it’s delicious!

Amazed

This fax works great I think I spent $99 but you can also earn points it sends you a confirmation number that get back went through it's awesome you can also have your own fax number if you pay for the pro but if you just want to send one or two boxes you don't need to do that

Exactly what they say

I had to get some files sent over within and hour and sign them and this app was a two in one! Not only could I sign over the documents so that no one shared them, I could do it all within the app. Also I can text a faxed image to a friend on the go which saves me so much time! Love this app a lot! Me and my business partners will be using it regularly! This is New York! We don’t have time to find printers and fax machines.

Looking for a fax app simple to use, choose this one

This fax app is easy to use. I personally had an issue with ordering extra pages to fax, I contacted customer service by email and in no time at all they solved to problem. I will recommend this app to not only my family and friends, but to everyone!!!!

Easiest Fastest Fax App Ever Tried

Tries the most reviewed competing fax apps prior to this one which all didn’t work. They also required an immediate subscription with vague TOS as well. Not this app which allows you one free fax page the moment u log on. No stopping to sign up for stuff There were No delays in uploading with my fax going through within seconds of hitting the send button. Couldn’t have been easier either. Far exceeds the other fax apps I’ve tried.

I’ll start off by saying I love the service. But you’ll have to make certain that where ever you are network/WiFi, etc... make sure you’re connection is the best possible. I had to send a 5-6 page/s fax to the state. Each time sent... it took forever to get the confirmation that the fax was sent successfully. I had to do this maybe 3-4 times. The fax on the receiving end... unreadable. I was embarrassed for sending the fax in this manner. I ended up being denied for something I really and truly need. Luckily I appealed their decision and had a hearing today. Where I was able to give them clear copies of my documents. I now await their decision. It’s a great application but the degradation of the WiFi signal will interfere with your data (documents) being transferred. I am not complaining at all. Just more of a heads up. Thank you. The app helps.

So easy

This fax app has been awesome! I can’t tell you how many times that I had to go out to fax something for our drivers ed school. I do not fax enough to warrant getting another phone number, but often enough for it to be inconvenient and annoying to have to go out.

Who has a landline anymore?

I don’t have a landline anymore, but occasionally need to send faxes. Most other online fax apps charge weekly, monthly or annual subscription charges. Fax&Fax only charges per page and the pages you buy don’t expire. I also understand that if you change devices, there is a way to transfer the unused pages to the other device. The service is only for outgoing faxes. So you don’t have the ability to receive faxes, but so far this service has worked great. I’m a fan.

This app is perfect for anyone who needs to fax something and doesn’t have a fax machine. It really is free and easy as can be!! I was skeptical at first, but once it said the fax went threw it won me over!! It really is free and it even sounds like a fax transmission. This app is perfect for any and everyone who needs to fax something. It’s even easier and more accurate than a real fax machine. And you also get a fax number. Not sure if faxes can be sent back. I’m checking on this now. Definitely use this App!! You will be happy!!!

Truely Free!

I’ve had so many apps claiming to be free! I never hardly fax anything but was in a bind and needed to get something faxed right away! After trying so many other fax apps out there claiming to be free but only wanting you to give them credit card information or bill you on iTunes, I tried this app as a last resort..... I was able to fax my document as easy as could be and guess what??? It was free!!
