No thanks

Nice app, but unless I can BUY it, I don’t need it. Offer an actual price to purchase it with all options enabled, then I’ll be interested.

Overly Complex and Full of Fees

This app is overly complex, rife with misspellings and unexplained abbreviations, limited and temporary access to help, and added fees at every turn.

Worthless

Unless you have an extremely high sensitivity external microphone, this app cannot detect anything. I have a very loud vascular bruit due to a dAVF which can be easily heard with a cheap stethoscope, and a cardiovascular murmur due to a bicuspid aortic valve and this app just detected static-like noise.

Clicking sounds

What is with the clicking sounds? No matter how I change the settings, it still makes the sounds. Get rid of it and I’ll add more stars.

Utter Garbage

This app used to be great and FREE now it’s not only broken do to this unbearable clicking throughout the entire app regardless of what settings you choose but now they expect you to PAY for this broken mess if you want to record more than once. Don’t waste your time with this trash there are plenty better apps out there they don’t force you to pay to use their broken app.

Concise and useful heart sound simulator function

There is no other app with such a flexible simulator function. It lets you add and remove abnormal sounds individually and is very helpful when teaching medical students.

Trial only!

Worked for five minutes. Until the whole app locked me out of everything, kinda like it was breaking down. It was very disconcerting.

All clicks, all the time

Something with the filter algorithm, this plays a 2 Hz click all the time, whether it’s playback, or monitoring. No adjustments seem to help. The click sounds are about double the amplitude of any signal, except a few mitral samples which cannot be heard at all over the clicks. None of my other audio apps do this. It seems like an overly aggressive audio filter that turned into 1ms square waves. Anyway, it made it completely unusable, and painful on the earpiece to even try.
