Filling in

I would like to be able to type the whole word in instead of having to look and see what letters are missing. Not wild about the coin thing either!

Crossword

My absolute favorite! I love working crossword puzzles and I love this app. Once I start a puzzle I can't stop until I finish it. They are very challenging. I never tire of working these puzzles.

Needs improvement

The iPad version of this app is not responsive when in-play, and it also frequently crashes. Coin-system deters consistency in playability, since one has to wait a few days to earn free coins. Paying for coins could be more appealing IF the app did not crash as frequently and if the play was more responsive.

Good puzzles, coins are dumb

Like the format, once I switched to pencil that is. And puzzles are not too hard but entertaining. I'll end up deleting it tho because it's essentially a pay app with a brief trial period. Dollars or ads but won't let you watch very many ads, so unless you want to buy it's not functional. Seems wildly expensive too.

A bit disappointing

As a new user I'm disappointed in the lack of intuitiveness and /or info regarding what the various icons do and how to maneuver through the app. Didn't realize until I was out of coins that coins were even a "thing" in the app. Could have been done much better.

I have plenty of free puzzles - won't be doing anything that costs something. Still getting used to the way this one works, but so far so good.

Great crosswords but not free!

Love these crosswords. I’ve been playing other crossword apps that aren’t nearly as challenging or fun. The downside is that they use ‘coins’ and you have to purchase those. Not good!

Good, But could be better

Puzzles are good, but the whole coin thing is annoying. Sometimes you have to wait a day or two just for the ability to watch a bunch of ads so you can get enough coins to get a puzzle. I supplement this crossword with a few others since it is the only way to get consistent puzzles when I want.

Best Crossword Puzzle App Ever!

I’ve tried all the apps I can find.First, Most are overly expensive.This one is reasonable and affordable. Second, the puzzles strike a balance between logic and challenge, making them fun.Third, the app itself works. Some puzzles do weird things like jump around or get larger or smaller etc when you touch the phone screen. I think stuff like that is a developer issue. So, I guess this app has better developers.Overall, I like it best.Have to force myself to stop playing.

Challenging, fun puzzles but the coin thing

Fun & challenging puzzles. Some of the best I've played. Having to use/buy coins to play is downside. Rather have to watch an ad like other apps. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star
