Getting better,

In the beginning of this new app i never thought i will ever use it, but things are getting better every time gets updated. I still believe the price is way too high, because as O/O i get over 75% of my loads from the brokers app which is free. I hope you guys consider price cut. I know cost everything went up but for truckers their rate went down and expenses went up.

Pull down to refresh

There are two things that I really miss from the red load board. 1- when scrolling through the load results, please add the ability to refresh when we pull down and release. Currently the only way to refresh is to hit the refresh bottom on the top right corner. 2- when we have a load open, please add the that when we swipe right from the left side of the screen, we go back to the load results. Currently, we have to hit the back arrow on the top left corner. Both of these two features were on the red load board and I would really appreciate it if these can be implemented into this new app. I saw another review and that person had these two same requests.

Route map not loading

I’m I the only one experiencing this where route of pick and drop won’t show on map ? Please fix this issue

Need the blue check mark

I love the app but the only thing that’s missing is the blue check mark. It would be easier to verify brokers in the app with the blue check mark instead of going online to to do credit verification. The sight of the check mark removes the extra step. Besides that I love how easy it is the view all info for the load. One more thing … the map to view route isn’t working anymore. To me those 2 things would definitely be a 5 star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Interactive and drop off ours

You guys added the map on top of the single load page but I can’t zoom in or out or move it to see well the arra where the load is picking up or going. Also would be nice to force the broker to put something in the drop off box, and if they don’t have the appointment available then they could select an option for that, we have to waist time calling the broker just to find out the appointments times and have to do long hold times sometimes, if we could see that information already the we can move on to the next load and not have to waist time calling to get information that should already be on the load page.

New app is not good!

We do not like the new app!This is not improvement, this is downgrading! We can see less loads than before with so much unnecessary information that makes scroll more and get a head ache of not finding what we are looking for. The developer team should be fired and hired another one that will keep app user friendly. You dont understand how many dussapointed customers you got because of this new app look.Interface is very complicated to use and time consuming. You need to pay attention to the reviews posted online all over the internet. People are not happy with it. And please stop copy/paste same lame reply to all of the users. Take notes and reach your clients, make surveys to find out what they like and what dont. It is not complicated, you just have to collect all the feedbacks given and get it fixed. We the customers are not happy with the new app. Makes our life way harder than you think. You will need to check your competition - other loadboards and also every broker’s loadboard to see what is there and make it less complicated. I cannot describe how many people are struggling using your loadboard now.Take notes and try to fix it as much as you can! We need developers who know the business and how important is to be easy and less time consuming because time is our most valuable resource nowdays. Thanks for your time if you read all my post!

Disaster Disaster !!

I am just blown away how disastrous this app is, who on earth came up with the idea of this app and who on earth approved this to be put out there you guys need to use a owner operator to develop apps to understand what is really needed or not I don’t think anybody complained on the old app DAT just decided to do something new and you guys failed big time. Just bring back the old app, leave it the way it was you want to add a few more features fine, but leave everything else the same. DAT should concentrate on making sure no double brokers, shady brokers get to post freight making sure that they always have a valid working phone number in the posting ,any broker that uses email only is shady. Making sure that people cannot login from outside United States the way all these shady double brokers do. Making sure all the addresses brokers are using are not virtual offices, any broker that uses virtual office is a shady Broker as well. DAT help us owner operators to make money not to lose money in this industry.

Give us old app back

I’m not the first or last to say we don’t like the new app. First thing the text is too small. The boxes are not necessary. Also when choosing a new city you have to imput the types of truck loads you can do. Overall this new app isn’t helping us. It’s making our view of loads harder. I’m glad I do not drive because if I had to use this app everyday omg. I tried this app when it was first suggested and compared time to look at a load on both apps. This one severely slows the process. Please bring back the look and feel of old app. You will see a decline in app usage from this horrible app. It’s too much. Too small we don’t need a map. We don’t need small text inside boxes. If anything the old app needed to be bigger. Dat is slow and clunky on the desk top but it’s our only option now of being efficient with your platform. Now I can’t book a load on the go. Good job developers. You failed.

System down

This goes down quite a bit and we can’t find loads which affects our revenue. We still have to pay the full amount for the month instead of giving us a discount

WANT OLD LAYOUT BACK

Why do people always think they need to fix what’s not broken?!?!? Old layout was much easier to read and navigate. Lot more visible per page on old one. Like the rate per mile figured out. Easier to see all the cheap loads posted now. Is there a way to get the old layout back? Simpler is better. Maybe ask a user or truck driver before making changes you think we want. Hate this. Map state lines are hard to see in any mode and dark mode is just junk. Can we have the old map back? Much easier to see where I’m going etc. like I said before, simple is better. Nothing was wrong with the previous layout. Again, HATE THIS
