You have to rate first though!

This works pretty well BUT you have to rate to get backgrounds! And a lot of them cost money and I can't buy it!

Have to rate before you can use this app poor

When you have to rate an app before you can even use it what does that say about the developer ?!?!? Usually that's saying their apps are not that good !! Can't give an honest review until I can use the app FIRST !! This most always will just have me delete the app with out even giving it a chance ! Word to the developers let some one use the app a few times then have them give a review !!

Pretty Fun!

App is easy to use and has a decent deletion is of images. Would love to see a CELEBRITY VERSION!!! My daughter wants a pic with her and Justin Beiber!
