Great Until I Have to Purchase to Continue
Thought this was the crossword I'd been looking for until I have to purchase future games. No thanks. Deleting from my phone after this review.
Challenging
The 2 points I applaud are:1. I almost always learn a word new to me in one of these puzzles.2. It is possible to check a letter or a word for accuracy.

UPDATE* After the previous update removed the ability to use a Bluetooth keyboard I contacted support. To my surprise they replied and said they would fix it..... THEY DID! 5* for customer support and a great app.If I were to be picky (which I'm not) I would suggest to allow the keyboard on screen to be turned off when using an external keyboard.Excellent app and great customer support who listens to users suggestions. Support this developer!Last update removed the ability to use a Bluetooth keyboard. Otherwise this is a 5* app. Good clues and great puzzles. Developers please fix the keyboard issue and I'll give 5 *

I 'm a crossword fanatic ,but do have trouble mastering The NY Times puzzles, this however is as challenging as I like my crossword puzzles to be, makes you think and work for the solutions . Keeps my aging mind challenged. PS : I'm not old, only 78 this year!
Great Puzzles
Great puzzles but what they don’t tell you is that after you play 3 games you have to pay to play any more. If you like doing puzzles these are good. Worth the $2.99 to get. So far it hasn’t frozen or shutdown on me and NO ads!!!
Difficulty level
If you do the New York Times app these puzzles are Monday level. Fun but easy. I did however only start one of the puzzles… Maybe some of the other puzzle packs are more difficult.

Thank you for your latest update that corrected my iPad issue. This is a very nice app and I highly recommend it.

Good but Annoying
To start I am a novice at crossword puzzles. I like this app as it is easy to check answers and crawl along. In many features it is good for me. But I am only on my second puzzle and I have found a number of clues that are just wrong. Like durable wood, this answer should be Teak. But there answer is Pine? How about a clue of obscured. Their answer is Perdu which has a definition nowhere close to obscure, Annoying.
Crossword
Pretty decent crossword, there’s plenty of different puzzles and once all of the puzzles have been completed all you have to do is clear each puzzle. When you open the crossword after all of the puzzles have been deleted, the puzzles get reloaded with new hints and answers.I’ve had the app for well over a year and have reloaded a couple of times and very few hints are the same as the previous puzzles.
