I have read tons of books, articles, visited dozens of workshops, but never found the best approach. So I continued to sneak around trying to understand how to prioritize tasks better and determine the optimal next step. 2 years ago I found a solution, passing this to the most reliable and trouble-free mechanism - randomness. Random is always right and impartial. It also added motivation and interest to which task would be chosen next. Since 2018, I have used D&D cubes to randomize the next task. Seeing the effectiveness of the approach, I decided to implement this approach as an application and here it is. Create tasks, divide them into lists and let Coo choose the next task.
