Real Words?

I love to do crossword puzzles! Up until 2 days ago I found some of the puzzles in this app challenging. Now I’m very frustrated - the clues are more difficult and many of the answers don’t make sense or look like real words! They do not show as errors. I’ll keep at it for a couple more days. If it continues, I may need to look for a new puzzle app. 😕

It has a cool error message which lets you know if you've entered the wrong word.

Sick of ads

I play scrabble and in between games I am shown ads and if I want to click on it I can go learn about it but you you force me to sit through add after add after add of things I’m not interested in so I end up deleting games because I’m sick of being stuck with sitting there for minutes at a time watching stuff I’m not interested in scrabble just shows me a picture of the ad and if I want to look at it I click on it you can’t force me to wanna play your stupid games

I love the fact that it shows me how long I took to complete the puzzle. It's a really smart feature.

Not good

I never write reviews but this one deserves a comment. I’ll cut to the chase. As you advance you’ll find misspellings - letters omitted which complicates solving the puzzle. Abbreviationsfor words inconsistent with the clues. Constant clues referencing people and historical events from the 1930’s to 1950’s. No introduction page or reference to the creator, only 2 tabs at the bottom of the screen to “Continue” or “Upgrade”. The clues are confusing even for crossword puzzle pros. Oftentimes I’ve had to enter letters by trying all of the letters in the alphabet just to solve the puzzle. I’m done. It’s a hot mess.

Traditional Crosswords

I’ve been looking for a traditional crossword game for a long while. This game certainly meets my expectations, with great quality traditional crossword puzzles. I recommend this app to all crossword enthusiasts.

Clunky

Pain in the tush going back and forth from down to across. And most annoying is there are no answers anywhere, no cheat letters or hints. Wish I had not jumped right in and paid for ad-Free version before trying it out first.
