This app is extremely user unfriendly. I had better luck when I turned off my location services, but still still a PITA.

Connection issue

It seems that the app only works maybe 50% of the time. Very often it doesn’t connect to the server to register my parking and I have to try multiple times while being charged each time. If you can avoid using it I recommend to.

Easy to use very useful

Want to find cheaper parking spaces than NCP etc. Use this App. Works very well. I now use this for all my parking needs!

More hassle than it’s worth.

Trying to reserve beach parking in Gloucester. Not user friendly. Takes forever and a lot of clicking to get the beaches to show up. Can’t search for the beaches by name or by dropping the pin. Overall too much hassle to reserve beach parking. I’d rather take my chances and wait in line to get in somewhere else.

Same as Others

Only loads two random cities. Location services not working. To help the devs: I’m on T-Mobile (US based) and visiting Canmore (just outside of Banff). My data works. But apparently not with your app. I was able to create a login but cannot get past the first screen to select a city. Getting a big old white screen with 1 cm of Google maps at the bottom.

Not user friendly

City of Gloucester may be responsible for the issues using this app. Instructions on Gloucester website are not clear or incorrect Instructions say you will be able to change the plate number if not available when you are doing the initial purchase. When I went back to the website to make the change, there is no way to amend the plate number. In order to make the change I had to download the Blink app, log in and amend it there. Very frustrating!!!

Terrible app

This app is confusing and poorly written. It doesn’t accept AMEX cards but doesn’t tell you that. It just keeps failing. It doesn’t explain how to add your car’s location. It doesn’t do any of the apps basic features properly. The Canmore City Council members must not have tried it.

User experience

The user interface while easy does not allow you to change countries where you'll be using the app without setting up another account. Which makes for a poor user and is inconvenient. Why would a company limit their ability to receive revenue it's simply moronic. Also, if a user hits do not allow camera there is no way to change that choice. There are a few opportunities for improvement on this app.

Nice idea, but very confusing and money hungry

It's a nice idea, but it is very confusing at the very least. Just to register to start using the app you get a ticket for $3 out of nowhere. When trying to park, the minimum time is 3 hours, even though supposedly when you unpark you get back the remaining balance. When trying to unpark less than 30 minutes later, a message comes up saying you don't have permission to unpark. Checked with the parking office and they say for the first time use you cannot unpark, so no money back. I can't help but conclude that the app is a rip off, least in the beginning. With this experience I doubt I'll use the app again, unless I get assurance from the parking office that they will reimburse any money this app decides to rip me off from. Quite a frustrating experience.

Useful

Great app....reassuring to know you have booked a parking space if you've planned for an event beforehand. Peace of mind if attending an event when you know parking can be an issue.
