Why I HATE APPLE IPHONE and how APPLE CHARGES YOU FOR ANY AND EVERYTHING!!!!

As you can see I’m not a very satisfied customer of APPLE! First, ATT is my scheming service provider. Who along with APPLE have been using unethical seemingly predatory tactics to keep Customers! Pricing for things that should be included in your account plan, they MAKE YOU PAY FOR! And once you think that you’re done paying for a trial subscription or something else like that, you’re locked into a 2 year payment agreement for which your ONLY WAY OUT OF IT is to have your Bank BLOCK THEM from EVERY ACCOUNT NUMBER!! I’m actively looking for an Attorney to help me try to recoup my STOLEN MONEY! And hold APPLE AND ATT Responsible and Liable for Out Right Lying and Stealing from Senior Citizens!!! Now in order to use my IPHONE properly, I am FORCED BEYOND MY WILL to give them unlimited access to MY ACCOUNTS LIKE THE MAFIA OR SOMETHING!!! I am a DISABLED SENIOR! I’m on a lousy fixed income and THESE 2 COMPANIES HAVE BEEN USING PREDATORY TACTICS TO STEAL MY LIVELIHOOD! Worst customer service ever experienced

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would expect more from the amount they are charging for their products. I recently tried to purchase an iPhone 13 through the online store. I tried my debit card about 5 times and it kept saying the payment failed. I then tried my dad’s credit card to see if it made a difference. Nothing, expect they were able to charge both of our cards for the one phone. I checked and no email with no confirmation number. I called several times the same day. I talked with someone rather helpful, or so I thought and said she found where it charged. She was then to push the charges through. Two days later, I have received nothing and the two cards are still charged. I called and called again. I got transferred about 20 times and got cut off a couple of times...how convenient for them. I was told they couldn’t find the charges. Nothing has been done and I’m still out the money with no phone to show for it. After that ridiculous amount of time wasted on trying to contact them and get some answers, I would rather just buy my phones from a different company. There is no reason for any of this.

On Hold for One Hour

Apple issued me a gift card and placed it in my Apple wallet. I tried several times to use it in the Apple Store app. It didn’t work. I called using the app. I was transferred to four different people none of whom would fix the issue or refund my money. Most of them did not even bother to explain the issue to the next person to whom they transferred me. Everyone I talked to could see that the card was valid and that I had a credit, but no one could make it work and no one would refund the money. Finally, I was transferred to a line where no one picked up. (I know I sound mad right now. I am. But I was very patient and nice—at least for the first hour I was on the phone.) Apple cannot give me back the time I wasted. And apparently the can’t seem to make anything work right anymore. The least they can do is refund my 60 dollars.

Freshman’s confusion

I am new to iPhone. Everything in this phone is oriented at the idea of my opening my wallet. Only when there is no other choice, inquiries about my needs are made. For example, when one buys these phone there is an avalanche of apps, widgets and sales ads everywhere. So the user finds itself with a phone in his hands with no idea on how to make a call.After much embarrassing and asking strangers, the user proceeds to get rid of all garbage apps. Then it finds that the text messaging app is nowhere to be found. But it had to be somewhere, when buying the phone the clerk at the store used it! So now the user goes to the App Store to reload the message app that came with the phone. And so where is it?

I don’t want to use automatically payment method's + with this fraud app from iCloud account ( it’s not let me update our download any app even free apps ‼️)I even download my important apps without iCloud Stor payments setups and paying money 💰 to iCloud🧠👁👁😇this is very cleaver sittings from iPhone 📲 iCloud login account settings I am from USA 🇺🇸 but I can’t download important app's our updates it my WhatsApp app need update I am not using it from longtime I have very important information and communication conversations but I can’t update or use it anymore or I am not even transfer my data from my iphone 📱 to outer Androids-phone 📲( iPhone📱 service provider company) for my now iphone 📲 is totally useless because my phone almost all apps are not working anymore‼️I need Helpe please urgent possible ‼️

Something is wrong with my voice over voice

I had the voice, Siri voice for until I on my voiceover until I had the iOS 16 I mean iOS 17.2 update. Then I changed my voice, voice to cello, and then back to Siri voice sport, but for some reason it wasn’t downloaded. Now it sounds like the human liked Siri voice and I don’t like it. I want the regular Siri voice for back. If that was a bug, and you didn’t mean to make that happen, then, I guess this review was for nothing, but if that was on purpose, please change it back.I don’t want to have to play with my voice over a lo I don’t want to have to play with my voice over a lot t

The order status info leaves a lot to be desired

I placed an order with 2-hour courier delivery. The status on the app showed “preparing for shipment” and “delivered” on the same page, and an hour past my window I still did not have product. I decided to call in even though the app should tell me what’s going on or give me options. Good thing I called, because the order wasn’t coming and I would need to initiate a refund by call, which would take several days for the gift cards to be sent back and the card charges to be reversed.The order status obviously needs to be upgraded with true status, and to not allow conflicting statuses. Orders that won’t be delivered should be shown. Refunds for non delivery should be in the app instead of taking a 30 minute phone call (the chat wouldn’t let me do it).Luckily this gave me time to think about my high dollar impulse buy and I decided to keep my money.

You should buy somewhere else

I bought a keyboard here for a delivery. Delivery was delayed so called and was told by apple rep to wait until evening. Spent all day waiting nothing arrives. Then next morning I get an email saying that this was cancelled. I call and they said they cannot refund the full amount and I have to pay for sales tax for an item I did not even see. I tell them to cancel it and get me the full refund but they refused to until a team lead reviewed which requires 72 hours. Waiting period begins and following day I get an email stating the item was shipped when I did not want it now! I call again and they said now I have to return the item to get my refund. No credit, no admission of fault, just a hard stance on what needs to be done. Conclusion is just go to your local retailer instead of depending on their service. If something goes wrong, it is pretty much impossible and requires so much effort and time on the customers end. You would think these guys and have ways to take care of their customers. Nope!

Worst order experience ever

I will placed an order for an apple series 7 watch stainless steel gold with gold Milanese loop to be delivered and set up through enjoy. The date of the deliver my currier called me when outside and I missed him call. I called him back while he was still on sit but he had told me he cancelled and could no longer deliver my items. He told me to call apple. I called apple and was told the order wasn’t cancelled yet just rejected by courier and told me he can do something on his end. I then called courier back to be told he can’t do anything to call apple. I called apple again to be told the order is now officially cancelled and to wait up to 5 business days for my refund and to replace my order (when the next delivery date won’t be till after Christmas). Worst experience ever Buyer Beware do not order from here if you don’t religiously listen for your phone
