Had to delete the app
I used to love this app and used it all the time, ad free. Recently every time I tried to use it, a full add video popped up and when I tried to X out of it, it crashed to my home screen. Did this repeatedly every time I tried. It is no good to me now so I had to delete it.Shame on you for messing with a good thing.Now it won't even let me post my review!!
Works Great
The app works great if you don't want to deal with the ads buy the full version it is well worth it ;-)
Terrible
I have had this on my iPad for years and have used it off and on, but lately, when I have tried to use it, it is almost impossible to type in the letters before multiple ads pop up. Once you click the x for the ad to go away, another one pops up, and then another and another. I don’t need that kind of frustration. I will be deleting this app and looking for a better one. I was not going to even rate it but it won’t let me post this comment until I do. So I will only give it one star because I must.
Update ruined
This app used to work great. Now you start inputting your letter and some stupid game pops up and you have to wait til it counts down to "x" out and continue with your anagrams.Get rid of the full page pop ups!
Too many ads
The app is great, very useful! The ad policy is not great!
Lots of Ads
It used to be you got ads once a day. Now you get them very frequently, making this more annoying to use. Plus it crashes all too frequently.
Used to be fantastic, but current version is horrible.
I used to use this app frequently, and it was reliable and did a great job at helping me find solutions that I needed.In the past couple of months, it has become A complete pain to use, showing long commercials before every single use. I have been deleting all the apps I had that advertise this way, and will also be deleting this one. Bad idea, to try and force people to sit through stupid ads for products they do not need, or want. I will never ever use apps they presume to force customers to sit through unwanted advertisements. Goodbye.
Too many ads
I used the older version of this app, never having a problem with stupid pop up adds for bloody, gory, games. Really? You believe people who play words with friends are interested in that kind of stuff??!!
Lousy
Use to love this, now I hate it. Just look at it and get ads. Awful !!!!
Too Many Ads
Great app that is helpful. However they have added more ads to it. Ads that do not interest me. Ads that are too long to be bothered with. If you have the endurance to tolerate long ads, then this app is for you. I use this app as an alternative and only when another app may be lacking words which is rare. If this app gave coins for word chums, then I might be interested in viewing the annoying ads.
