Good Schedule Info - Inconsistent App

This is a great app for scheduling but very inconsistent software functionality. It will drop midway and convert to the native language. Difficult to surf back and forth but eventually gets you there.

Generally good app, has bugs.

PayPal payment never works. I have an ADO account created, logged in to my PayPal, selected all my available cards to try to pay, always get error message like “Error de pagar con PayPal”. Regular card payment works…sometimes. When everything works, all is fine.I ask a favor of the devs: fix PayPal integration :)And a suggestion for a feature: Determine a series of bus trips to get from point A to point B. For example, I want to go from Palenque to Oaxaca. The app would search and find a route for me from Palenque to Cárdenas, then from Cárdenas to Oaxaca. You don’t have to make the customer buy the whole route, but just have a suggestion of possible stops to get to the destination. If there was a feature like this, I would be likely to use ADO for ALL my travel in Mexico. :)

Mr

I tried to open the App but got an error message: "Ocurrió un error con el servidor". It's unfortunate that when one needs to use the ADO App it doesn't work. I wonder who is responsible for this. This App doesn't even deserve one star because it doesn't work but there is no option for zero stars.

Room for improvement

Payment methods are not able to be saved to the app, and “Add to Apple Wallet” returns a buffer error. The arrival times displayed on all tickets is 5 hours after departure time, irrespective of actual journey length

No PayPal support

Line at Ado terminal was very long so I gave this a whirl since the Wi-Fi nudged me to. I figured out how to use it before I even got to the front of the line even though I do not speak or read any Spanish. Took off a star because no PayPal support. Also wish it took Apple Pay but that’s pretty normal in Mexico.

Terrible experience

I have been trying to buy my tickets for more than an hour now with no success.It’s very frustrating. I chat with a nice gentleman, but could not help me. Still after almost 2 hours I could buy my tickets. I guess ADO doesn’t want the business!Giving 1 start because I cannnot give ZERO starts

ENGLISH IS THE UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE

This app is for international travelers, not just locals. There needs to be an English version or option. Also none of the cities would show up consistently on the drop downs. One minute Playa Del Carmen would appear, next minute, that option is gone! Makes it impossible to book anything! Might as well just book through their website (which also has no English option). So frustrating.

Actually Pretty Smooth

Perhaps the reviews don’t reflect the most recent versions, because I had no problem at all. Matter of fact, I’m sure I saved myself a lot of confusion at the terminal. Note to Product Manager: 1.) Clicking the map under ‘Details’ did not drop the pin in the correct place. Somewhere in Ecatepec, definitely not near any of my locations. 2.) I believe the addresses of the bus terminals should be explicitly listed, either in the search in real time while typing (See how AirBnb or Google Maps does this), or once the user has selected their destination. I feel I only got very lucky the address was under ‘Show Map’
