Discrimination and Prostitution Promoters

I pay the VIP/Pro ad service in order to advertise my profession as a Certified Massage Therapist. However the website and the Ap version of A4A doesn’t not support advertising of Therapeutic CMT’s or LMT’s. But they do allow for promoting “Masseurs” (and most other professions) thereby implying these professionals give sexual Sevices for exchange of money. When I try to clarify that I am a therapeutic CMT in the body of my profile or in the “Profession” field my text is removed stating that I can not list my profession there. However I see Masseur along with every other profession, including Accountants, Doctors etc naming there profession. It is quite obvious Adam4Adam is discriminating against Therapeutic CMTs and LMTs and trying to box my profession in with Masseurs. Not that I have any problem with Masseurs and other sex workers, the fact of the matter Therapeutic CMTs are not able to promote themselves here and not Masseurs!!! I’m disappointed with Adam4Adams service, there discrimination against my profession and them implying that therapeutic therapists are the same as masseurs.

App Is a Waste Of Time And Lacks Accessibility for blind/vip users

Adam 4 Adam is basically another version of Grindr, same app, different name/ design. The gay community on these apps is superficial, obnoxious, vapid, insincere and shallow much like the gay community in general. To add insult to injury, neither apps take into account the fact that maybe, just maybe, there are blind people in this comunity who would like to take part in it to find love. But seeing as this community is so shallow I guess blind people aren't worthy enough of being in the club right? By the way, it is against the law to make an app inaccessible knowingly as that is discrimination and a violation of the ADA. The constant ads are annoying as well. Even when I try the VIP trial for 7 days the ads still don't go away. Honestly I'm not sure what app to recommend as most the apps I've tried are not blind-friendly. Okcupid had potential but it too went picture and gif based and became inaccessible for the blind. At one point Okcupid was the most accessible dating app out there but now they've become just as bad.

So many foreign profiles trying to catfish

Quite often the distance will be really far and the profile will say that they’re looking for a relationship. Maybe some people like that stuff. But chatting with one or two of these you got to realize they are just looking for money and your private information. They often have a distance of over 5000 miles away that’s why I say foreign profiles. Also the neighborhoods got removed in San FranciscoFor our profiles so you just have a couple of locations in San Francisco before you have the neighborhoods. And I don’t know sometimes when logging in at a distance for my location can be calculated correctly So I’ll be in San Francisco looking at profiles that say 1 mile away but I think they now are further away I don’t know just check it out

Full of bots and scammers

The app is simple, easy to use, with lots of features available without having to pay for premium. It’s one of the better dating apps I’ve used as far as design and functionality is concerned. However, after having the app for a few days, I became acutely aware of bots posing as users in attempts to obtain personal information, as well as people using the app in hopes of manipulating users for information as well as money. I only had the app for a week and even in that short amount of time I had 4 such profiles contact me. How to identify a bot: 1. Basic, vague answers 2. Awkward speech that feels off or doesn’t fit 3. Ignoring more complex questions 4. Asking to chat on another platform to keep in touch, especially if it feels like a weird choice. (One bot wanted me to exchange emails with them) How to identify a scammer: 1. They tend to target people looking for love/LTRs, since people looking for love can be more easily manipulated. 2. They will almost always ask what you do for work at the beginning of the conversation, like 2-4 messages in, in order to ascertain whether you have money. 3. They will either be very far away, or claim to be very far away, so you can’t meet in person 4. They will ask, and then insist, on continuing your chat on another chat platform, like google chat.

What a dump.

In a world where anything can be obtained, this site falls so short that it barely exists as a place to meet ANYONE. I’m on there just a few days and already I have been scammed by four dicks. Two of them wanted me to give them a credit card so that they could make sure I wasn’t a criminal. Another two, from 880 miles and 1080 miles away talked as if they wanted to move in within 30 minutes. I don’t know how they allow such morons on their website. It’s apparent that having fake photos on the site helps them to sell subscriptions. But at what cost? They are allowing these dorks to extort, borrow and steal from their patrons. What to do? Investigate the owners. After all, if they are not protecting their members, then they are profiting from the scum they allow to remain and steal from those who are already paying their dues.Wake up, guys! Every slip that happens on your watch, lowers the value of your app and your membership.

Trash

If you want to be on the app, nothing full with spam and a laughingstock, worthless piece of crap in moderation that allows you to be constantly sexually harassed, and makes you suffer with a limited block amount limit, and to be racially discriminated in hatred and profile this is the place to be it is absolutely trash I reported to people four times already being constantly sexually harassed and racially discriminated. This app does nothing this moderation app doesn’t do crap they keep on saying that they don’t get your messages. They only care when it’s convenient for them and when it makes them look good, and they made the user suffer but yet they give you a bunch of advertisement, trying to force you to pay for crappy quality app, and they do pick and choose in they will personally attack you moderation on personal feelings and personal matters. This app is not safe. It is very dangerous in moderation like I said does not care. It is horrible and I got the facts to prove it.

You have to pay to unsubscribe from email notifications

I’m a discreet guy and I don’t want any email notifications telling me I received a message. I tried to unsubscribe but it told me I had to be a pro member. Hahaha these companies are getting demanding payment to stop receiving emails. Immediately deleted my account and uninstalled. Like I said I’m discreet and I don’t messages in my inbox, plus there’s barely anyone near me that uses this app anyways, I’m still laughing because this app really thinks their popular enough to demand payment for a basic feature that’s free. Plus it’s your email we should be able to unsubscribe. You do realize people can block your email domain right? What a smart way to ensure customers leave however designed that feature kudos to you cause now I’m definitely not going to pay for anything from this app. I’ll just stick to the actual relevant apps that people actually use. I’m not going to deal with that. If I can’t turn off notifications for when someone messages me then I don’t want it. Bye. There’s way better apps and I mean 50x better. Been on here for 3 days and only got 1 message. Other apps I log in and will get 30 messages in an hour. Just keep that in mind.

Photo verification process is too strict

This app runs by some very strict photo standards. I have a picture of myself in a bar and that keeps getting rejected because you can see someone’s tiny face somewhere in the background. I’ve uploaded the same picture on just about every other dating app and have never had an issue until now. Their verification process also takes too long, which makes adding new pictures frequently a hassle. The app even has issues letting me add certain things like my weight and it’s very buggy in general. I downloaded it because it had decent reviews so I figured it was worth a shot. However I will be deleting it and it’s not worth the monthly fee. It’s also issues like these that make most guys stick to Grindr, not as buggy in my experience but full of bots. I suppose all of these apps just have certain trade offs that you have to be willing to put up with in order to find someone online and this one is no different.

This white label app has more ads than any other

If you have spent any time using dating apps you recognize that there are basically 3 white labels apps that change logos and offer the same service. This is like that, but with more ads than content. Launch the app and watch two ads before seeing anything. View a profile? Not till you watch an ad. Read mail Ad. Reply? Ad. And of all the apps on iPhone, this app implements ads worse than any other. First they are 45 seconds long and it remembers where you were if you quit the app.t The app hides the tiny close window button which doesn’t appear greyed out until after 45 second terrible ad is done . Click it and it takes you to the App Store. Often it hangs up and you have to force it to quit. And then restart another ad on reboot. I’m not exaggerating when I say that for everything you think you can do on this app, there’s at least one long ad. When coupled with content that is mostly ads for hustlers and other people selling you more sites to cruise, this gets zero stars. In fact, there is no redeeming quality and people are leaving left and right. Nobody I know can stand this app. It’s gotten so bad lately. Not worth the time. In fact I am so convinced that you will hate it that I suggest installing it. You will uninstall it right away. It’s literally unusable

For the amount of profit margin your company makes

It would be ideal to see more improvements with the site as far as certain glitches that have been an issue since I used this app before other dating apps even birthed. (Grindr) what about some different color than Halloween? Why is the story feature different from mobile to desktop view. Why is it so hard to have a shirtless photo not be considered nudity. If I was adam I would say you are just neck deep in technical errors of having the adam’s Apple. Thanks for the app. Thanks for protecting us from all the people who prey on this app to manipulate, terrorize and extort. Thank you adam for supporting the LGBTQ in such a fashion. Hope your happy with profit and disregard investing such profit back into the site. This application had been around since Manhunt and if I’m not mistaken still looks just like what it did 10+ years ago
