App is not user intuitive

Unfortunately, the app sends out notices but when curiosity is peaked and I open the app the featured articles are not easily accessible. Ex: after getting an urgent report of an amber alert, I went to the app and it was not featured or prominently displayed. If the app is sending me notices, I expect to be able to have easy and clear access to the urgent or pertinent information that they have sent the notice about.

I love the push alerts. I’m usually the first among my friends to know when important news breaks. It’s a great app but the timely updates are what makes it better than others.

Great app but..

This app is great especially for all the Utah news and weather. But the most annoying thing about this app is that I keep managing my alerts to ONLY get weather push notifications, but the app keeps sending me notifications or top news stories and changing my notification settings without me knowing.

You headlines have turned to lies and false info

Your headlines have turned to lies and misinformation. You were one of the last hopes I had for a moderate-slightly left leaning news organization to give out stories with truth and facts. Education time. FACT: Joe Biden is NOT the president elect. Your insistence with pushing this lie has discredited each of your employees’ integrity and destroyed the hope 100,000’s of viewers in this state had at a somewhat impartial news agency. ABC4 News Utah is the latest in a long line of organizations that has given incontrovertible proof to the FACT viewers CANNOT trust nor believe what the news media says and prints. Deleting your app. Banning your fraud.

Thirealm... And doesn't offer much to the truth... It tends to offer news that sometimesthism ruffle the feathers and puts way to much into covering the the paid news such as all the so called political rally's ....

Update

This recent update made things worse on my end. Nothing works right since the update. The whole app gets stuck. You can't click on anything or hit the back arrow because it's stuck. The video story automatically starts playing and you can't swipe it up and away or mute. So irritating when you don't want to listen. I guess I could try deleting the app and reinstall. But that's a pain too. Not sure why this happens on my end.

Love 4❤️

I love channel 4. Good Morning America always gets me going in the morning. And I love Good Things Utah!!! Even though I’m almost 73 and those girls, and of course Brian, are young enough to be my grandchildren, not a day goes by that I don’t either laugh at their antics, or cry when Regan’s dog Cowboy passed away or laugh when Nicea got a puppy. I’ve gotten recipes daily and info from the sponsors. I enjoyed their trip to Southern Utah (since I live in Saint George.) I always record the program if I have to miss it. Thanks for making my mornings!!!Of course I love The View. These 3 programs are my mornings but I watch channel 4 throughout the day. Right now I’m furious that channel 4 has been dropped from Direct TV but that’s a problem I’m working on.
